I am very new to all of this and have many questions, so here is one, Does anyone experience a loss of flavor from the juice from using a large tank? I have had mine filled with the same juice for over a week in my big tank (maybe 3ml) and it seems like I don't taste the flavor as well as my smaller tanks that I use (1.6ml) and refill every 3rd day.

There a lot of factors that might make a difference. First is your large tank and small tank the same model ie. - Protank2 and Protank2 Mini. Are both tanks using the same resistance coils? Different ohms can cause different flavor profiles. Are both tanks using the same flavor? Are the coils in both tanks the same age, usage profile? The coils can lose some flavor production as they age, need to be replaced.

Lastly realize that the flavorings in your eliquid are very volatile, this can mean if you use your larger tank and it warms the eliquid enough, it can evaporate some of the flavorings before you finish the tank.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to try putting the flavor in one of my smaller tanks Iclear16 and see what happens. My big tank is brand new (don't know the name) my daughter sent it to me, it says Vapage and it is 3ml I think. It came with a replacement atomizer maybe I will change that. But also for the first 1/2 of the tank I could taste the flavor real well and smell it on the tip, and now-no. Anyway let the fun begin! I month off cig's after 31 years of smoking...this is a new journey with lots to learn. Glad to find you guys-thanks

Yes, yes!! I noticed that the juice was RAPIDLY being used in the small one! I also correct myself above when I said it came with a extra atty...I guess I meant coil? I have been reading everything I can for couple weeks and STILL very confused! Bit by bit. Even trying to figure out how to do this website remains a challenge. A fun one though!

I work in a vape shop and this just may be subjective but I honestly think it boils down to air exposure in larger tanks, the o rings in these tanks stops liquid (most of the time lol) from escaping but doesnt prevent air exchange (they are just not air tight, no matter how good your o rings are) and that exchange leads to just like previously mentioned, evaporation of the flavor extracts, just like letting your juice just sit in those smaller tanks for too long will have the same effect. like I said though this may just be subjective but I have customers that only want the mini tanks for this exact reason. Although I do agree with the single and dual coil remarks as well but when so many people tell me this happens with big tanks all the time this is what I have come to believe. I dont do tanks anymore though at all cause flavor is just so much more intense and dense in a dripper IMO.
