I know that Virgin Vapors Absolute line will disclose if a flavoring uses ethyl alcohol in the extraction process and that most in this line do not. Are there any other manufacturers that are as specific as they are? I'm finding most just say "Some flavors may contain trace amounts of ethyl alcohol." I'm looking for a line that will tell me if a specific flavor of juice contains it.

Thanks for your assistance. :)

Not sure what that tells you. I want to know about AP and diacetyls, and organic flavorings unlike lab made flavorings, you can't remove trace amounts if there are any.

Mountain Oaks vapor provides a full testing certificate on their juices. There was another outfit that somebody posted about, and a few more under AESMA.

Like Dr. f said without a test result nobody can really claim anything. ;)

Do we care? Not everybody does, I'm just mentioning it to you as you seem to be concerned about ingredients. ;)

I too would like to know if the liquids contain alcohol (ethanol etc).

For me it is nothing to do with being worried about health related inhalation issues, but is about the taste.
Alcohol being in e-liquids is not a problem for those that are on the lower end of the tasting spectrum, but is a massive problem for people like myself (sensitive/super tasters ) who cannot stand the taste it brings to the party.

I love custards/creams/vanillas (yes, lovely diketones), but I find that if the manufacturer has used vanilla flavouring (for example) that contains alcohol then I will not be able to vape it, it just has a nasty taste to it which ruins the juice for me.
It does not matter how complex the juice is, it will taste like garbage to me if there is alcohol present.

So, in conclusion I would love it if vendors could display whether or not the juice contains alcohol.
