Juice Me Up Calculator Question - not working

Hi, I've been using this on my xp and Windows 7 with no issue. Now I have a 8.1 and it won't allow me to install it. I really loved that app too!! Any suggestions or help? Pretty Please??

Did you right click on the app and try "Run as administrator"? Also are you logged in as administrator or have administrator rights to install apps?

I finally got it. On a new computer and their zip app wasn't working, so just went to the file and clicked the .exe file and it worked. YAY!! Thanks so much, appreciate the help
