+1 on the Rebel IPA. Sam Adams / Boston Beer Co has really stepped up their IPA game lately. previously, their attempts at American IPAs were meh at best. they just didnt throw in enough hops (for my tastes). the Double Agent IPL (India Pale Lager) was the first time i was remotely satisfied with the level of hopping. then came the Rebel and i gotta say they- they damn near nailed it. ive only had it on draft so far but i dont expect the bottles to disappoint. lucky for me im in RI and the beer oughta be just about as fresh as possible, which i more than appreciate.

I just gagged when you said that

lol. which part made you gag, the ayinger or the banana vape? or both?
whats weird is that i dont particularly like banana vapes. but with an ayinger, it worked for me.

Those of us in Kansas City have been lucky to reside in the hometown of Boulevard Brewing Company. My current favorite is Tank 7. I usually don't like grapefruit, but the hops give it a full, sweet and tangy yumminess! Plus, for their "Smokestack Series" of beers, it's a little lower in alcohol at 8.5%. My second favorite is at the high-end of alcohol content for their offerings at 10.5%. The Sixth Glass. It's got a nice bourbon flavor kick!

thanks for the tips. ive heard about Boulevard but i dont think they distribute in my area. as far as i can recall, i dont think ive tried any of their brews. unless it was at a beer fest or something similar. but i have heard of them and to temp me even more, they are even included in my craft beer calendar. Double Wide was last May's brew and Long Strange Trip was november. have you tried either of those?

Holy hop head Batman, you've got to try a floral vape. I had some ylang ylang juice in last night during the Mardi Gras celebration, and oh man, that stuff is great! I imagine anything close, like a rose or lavender vape, would work as well. Highly recommended.

ylang ylang...sounds very interesting. wiki tells me its tropical, evergreen, and in the custard-apple family. wow. if those essences shine through in an eliquid, that sounds up my alley. which vendor made your ylang ylang juice?

also whats interesting is that an essential oil produced by the plant is a common flavoring ingredient in chinese ejuice: Linalool.

Hell yeah! The only one I haven't had is the Chocolate - because I'm not willing to follow the beer trucks. But the double-wide is full on hoppiness. I think of pine. Very distinct but not for people who can't appreciate a bitter brew. If you've never had a Tripel I'd recommend starting with Chimay. Just to taste an authentic Trappist beer.

I'm vaping the ylang ylang from freedomsmokeusa.com with a touch of custards last stand from nicoticket. 5ml of YY w/ 10 drops of CLS. Amazing vape. Planning on trying the YY from deejStuff next, sounds like it already has the custard creaminess I've been adding in.

I LOVE double agent! That and rebel are my go to beers right now. I had the 60 and 90 minute IPAs last night and they were pretty good as we'll. I was vaping chocolate frost from MBV and they went well together.
