I LOVE IPA's (the more bitter the better) as well as most other strong brews. I really can't stand to vape anything that's not dark and bold with a good IPA. I've got a NET I make with a certain type of pipe tobacco with a tiiiiny bit of graham cracker that is my go-to strong brew sidekick.

right on, Mitey. thats a tagline for the ages.
your NET sounds like it would hit the spot while drinking.
i also find plain-ish tobaccos work well with just about anything. i like to keep some Prime 15 handy for such the occasion.

Once I get my juice dialed in 100% maybe I'll donate a little batch ;-)

Just gotta think up a catchy name... "Beer's Best Friend" perhaps?

I think it's hard to say that Boba's Bounty is anything close to "plain-ish", but it really has been a great partner to many a beer.

I have a huge order (480mL) of mostly fruit-based coming in on Wednesday that I can't wait to test out with some Sierra Nevada Celebration.

I get a sweet bready vibe from Bobas. I'd like it with a Belgian. A darker Belgian perhaps. But I do have to agree. I can think of many brews that would accompany Bobas quite well.

The celebration ale is a diehard. I look forward to it each year. Enjoy your pairings.

My favorite IPA is Asheville Brewing Company's Ashevillain, a black IPA, followed by Sweetwater 420, Ranger, and Yazoo's Hop Project. I love floral hops. I haven't found a citrus vape I can do...maybe if it had vanilla notes, too, I could. I'm looking around for dark, non tobacco flavors to pair with them: graham cracker, pecan, and toasty vanillas.

Over-all, one of the best brewers out there. Every beer they make is great!

they are indeed great. im partial to their oatmeal stout. great history behind that company as well. they still use horses to deliver their barrels!

on another note, i had two pints of 90 minute yesterday at lunch while skiing. capped off the experience with multiple halls off of One On One's rainbow sherbet. it was hard to stop- "once it hits your lips, its so good!" :)

Those of us in Kansas City have been lucky to reside in the hometown of Boulevard Brewing Company. My current favorite is Tank 7. I usually don't like grapefruit, but the hops give it a full, sweet and tangy yumminess! Plus, for their "Smokestack Series" of beers, it's a little lower in alcohol at 8.5%. My second favorite is at the high-end of alcohol content for their offerings at 10.5%. The Sixth Glass. It's got a nice bourbon flavor kick!

I've just recently started trying some IPAs, and find some to be way too bitter for me. I did however really enjoy some Sam Adam's Rebel paired with some Boba's and also CleverVape's Nostalgia.

I just had the Sam Adams Rebel IPA myself a couple weeks ago and really liked it. Paired it with Swish Sweet from HHV, and the two together made the evening that much better.
