Look guys I feel like every time I post I am having a problem I wanna apologize. So I went and rebuilt my kayfun earlier and went to load up my stash of Frenilla. No matter what I did using a lot of cotton a little cotton it would not wick right. It kept running out of the air hole so much so it drained almost a half tank in about 10 minutes. Also it tasted kinda funny nothing like my last bottle at the same stage in life. Does any one have any ideas why either one of these issues would occur? Appreciate the help NT family all of it past present and future.

I have just come to the understanding that kayfuns are leaky! I had to constantly tighten my top o ring on my chimney because it would unscrew when i unscrewed the top cap. Another problem i noticed that i was getting a burnt taste on my wick and was not getting enough juice to my wick so i had to take the bottom o ring out of my chimney to allow tons of juice to flow in and then i would flood and leak more but i could taste it!! I hope this help! 
For another opinion, I have not had my Kayfun leak at all at any time FWIW it is a HCigar Kayfun 3.1
Leaking problems can occur if the wick is wore out or the coil is too far away from the air hole on the deck. One way to check your seals is on an empty Kayfun, cover the air holes and draw. If you get air, you need to check your seals. Overtightening will make it leak as it distorts the o-rings and prevents a good seal.
Its kind of hard because now I have rewicked and changed juices, no problems. Any idea of why the juice would taste funny not muted, funny its like its not complete.
Check to see how far away your coil is from the air hole. You may be getting a lot of juice through the air hole and not enough from the coil (if that makes sense)
