I too have over a $100 worth of liquid from last week and none of them seemed just right. They have kind of a weird taste that I was not expecting. This was my first order thou so I can only compare it to the TW's. I may have just expected to much.

No, it's not chemical, and it's not atomizer primer, but I honestly don't know how to explain it. With the menthol, its nothing major. If you had never tried it before you probably wouldn't think anything was wrong with it. But to me it just tastes...I don't know...off somehow. But I cant think of anything it even remotely reminds me of to explain it. With the strawberry, as I said before, the closest taste I can compare it to is what I would imagine dirt tastes like, so I guess the menthol just has a hint of dirt, lol. It doesn't taste that bad, but it stinks...it's really wierd.

It is a hard taste to explain. Maybe chemically, baby powderish, perfumey taste? I honestly can't explain it. I have noticed the same taste in cashcap. It is a very faint smell and taste but it is there. I would say it is probably an ingredient that the supplier has changed in the juice. I know for sure it is different because I have a very slight amount of a order from over a month ago and it taste fine. Like the other person, both me and my wife can both taste and smell the difference.
Cash, maybe you could check with your supplier and see if they have changed something in the juice.

Okay well this is my first time on it and I'm a menthol ho. LOL HONESTLY? I think it's okay but I can't figure out what ALL the hype is over it. I like it, I'd probably buy it again, but I think TW is better. I have 2 other menthols from 2 other companies on order and I will report back regarding them. I have come to decide that all the fruity stuff, the other flavors, etc. are all fun for a break here and there, but I was a menthol smoker and I seem to like these menthols the best.
I tried one of the original banana bottles a a few months ago and really liked it. Recently, I got another bottle, and not only did it not taste the same, but it was a completely different color. The orignal banana was a yellowish liquid, and the new bottle was a reddish orange. I had some of the original banana left for comparison sake.
I don't know about what stuff tasted like before but I do know that I just totally love the PureSmoker True Menthol!! It's just right!! And this is coming from a "menthol only" smoker-- my brand? You guessed it, Newports!

It is not your taste buds...I too ordered over $100 worth of juice from Puresmoker on the 20th, it was my first juice order from them, I was so excited because of all the rave reviews about it...I ordered 8 different flavors and they all smell icky. The strawberry does not smell anything like strawberry, I too couldn't begin to tell you what the juices smell like, the menthol doesn't taste like menthol, it's more like mint. After spending so much money on this stuff to get off regular cigs, I am disappointed and afraid to buy any more juice, this is the second company I've bought juice from and neither has been the great stuff that it was said to be.
I am a man obsessed; after reading these additional posts this morning (and juice worries on the main forum board) I began to wonder if all the juice I'd ordered was affected.
Juice I received this week (of which I already have leftovers from 'before the move'):
Menthol carts, 14mg
Cash Riskee, 16mg
Cash True Menthol, 16mg
I've already tested the menthol carts (both old & new, with the same atomizer) and discovered the new carts are 'perfumey mint'; however:
Using different atomizers & side-by-side vaping:
New Riskee vs. old Riskee: I cannot detect a difference.
New Cash Menthol vs. old Cash Menthol: Slight difference, but I actually like the new Cash Menthol BETTER. It's slightly subdued than before, not as pungent as the old (which I didn't mind either) but also has a pleasant 'side-taste' that reminds me more of traditional menthol.
For the record, I did contact PS thru their website (the same day I received my new juices) and said "Sorry but I have to return the menthol carts, I can't tolerate them". That was Wednesday, never received a reply so I got a shipping box at the post office & am returning them anyway.
I'm HOPING the '555' prefilled carts don't have that same perfumey new taste, I saw some available on the Puresmoker site last night and bought what was available, 6 boxes.
I know it would be less of a gamble (at least for my flavors) to stick with the Cash juices, but I like the convenience of those prefilled carts...

On the 20th I ordered and received a bottle of 50ml Pina Colada 36mg. I finally got around to opening it up. The first thing I noticed was it had a weird smell. I thought it was just me. I loaded a clean blank cart and used a cleaned atomizer. I have to say, it had a very funny taste. I had an idea of what I was smelling but asked the wife if it smelled like Pina Colada and she said no, well kinda, maybe? I opened a bottle of France Pipe 36mg - bingo, that was it. For my conformation I asked my wife if this is what she smelled she said, that was it. I hate France Pipe - it's nasty - at least to me. Either the bottle got mislabeled or France Pipe got mixed with Pina Colada which is even a nastier taste than just France Pipe. Either way I could smell it for an hour after I closed up the bottle. This is not PureSmokers fault but somthing has gone wrong. Steve and the PureSmoker crew puts out great products. I am not knocking on anyone but the problem needs to be found and fixed.
Guys I order some juices from PS and one more vendor. My recent batch of Menthol, and Vanilla were awful. They smell very floral or Rose Oil type and it took me a day to clean my atomizers just to clean this stuff out. I'm guess either they added some new chemical to the make up or mislabeled the bottles. I started a thread in the main form if you would like to put your input there. I'm only asking that you list flavors and time of purchase. My purchase of the Menthol was less then 10 days ago.

Radiokaos, have you smelled France Pipe? It has that rose, floral kind of smell. You are right about one thing it is hard to get rid of the smell and taste. It is down right nasty. I think either the bottles got mislabeled or the France Pipe got mixed in with what ever flavor was already in the bottle. I don't hold PureSmoker at fault but this deserves further investigation. I hope Steve or someone at PureSmoker is looking into this. What ever vender supplies the ejuice to PureSmoker should be looked into.
kkimmons - That's it! I am almost postive you are correct on this one. I have never ordered the french pipe from PS, but I did have the cigar from Janty. I have saw someone posting that they are similar. I just checked and that is what I'm smelling and tasting. Although the menthol has the menthol flavor and smell, you can deifnately smell something else there. Sounds like the supplier may have mixed some french pipe in with a few other flavors. I hope they figure the problem out, I can't order anymore until I know it's resolved. I have placed a few other orders today with a few other suppliers to see if I can find a "stand in" until the problem is fixed. Just hoping it is not coming from the same supplier.

I bought some Pure Menthol and was not all that impressed. It was my first time trying it so I can't be sure. Didn't like JC's 18mg VG Arctic Ice all that much either and a generic 36mg PG had too strong a nicotine flavor but the mint was nice. My Riskee Yuice in 24mg is wonderful though. I can more than live with that!
I ordered my first e-cig from puresmoker on the 20th and got it a few days ago. Now this is my first one so I don't really know for sure what what the flavors taste like yet. I ordered the Strawberry in 16mg. Even though I have nothing to compare it too there is no way this is the normal taste. As soon as I got the e-cig I tried the strawberry first because I thought it would be good but man was I wrong. It tasted like garbage to be honest. I am just using the pre filled carts that came with the starter kit now, but I can still taste the strawberry and it isn't very good. Now I can not say for sure what it is supposed to taste like, but i am pretty sure this isn't it.

EXACTLY!!! Oh my God, I was actually coming on here to post that I got cash cola and french pipe and the cash Kona (sp?) today and they are AWEFUL!! I have had f.p. before so I KNOW it used to be good, but now it tastes like soapy flowers or something. And the cash coffee was TERRIBLE! The cola, which I bought a huge 30 ml of, does NOT taste the same as before....however, it is possible that the french pipe ruined my atomizers flavor so I'm going to have to try it in a new atomizer.
