Juice tasting funky

Im using a vamo v2 @ 5.5w with 1.8 heads with a almost new pro tank. Ive gone through many tanks with no issues, never got that metallic tast peoe talk about. But now alot of the time its tasting funky! Ive tried new heads as i have many of them. Rinsed with hot water, Lower wattage. Just cant seem to figure it out. I just refilled it and the first 3 or so vapes tasted normal after that straight funk! Im vaping bb and gj if that helps in any way. Thanx guys!

Well, first off....that juice will kill anything. Granted, not as fast as you are describing. Good choices. BB is one of my go to capes for all day.

Second. Can you describe the "funk"? I mean, does it taste burnt? Does it seem to have a metallic burn (like a hot spot)?
Try a few dry pulls without firing the button to see if it's wicking. Does it get better as sits a little? Absorbs the liquid?

I'll dry burn mine if the taste starts to change. Rinsing won't really get all the gunk off, and frequent dry burns are necessary for 100% VG liquids like BB and GJ. You could also try removing a flavor wick to see if that helps with wicking.
