Very new and learning a lot. Great folks here. I had a quick question and couldn't seem to find the answer . I have 10ML of 18mg ejuice, How many packets of Marlboro Light does that it equal to?

How many packs of a Marlboro Lights does a typical new prefilled K808 Cartomizer equal to?

I am in hybrid state of vaping and smoking at start of my journey and want to make sure I am not putting in too much nicotine in my system and becoming even more addicted to it!!

I'm not too sure on the nicotine content comparisons between analogs and carts, but as a general rule of thumb, 3ml of juice is about the same as a pack, and thats about the same as a cart. This is very general and based on a lot of assumption by me. ie: average user uses 3ml a day, average smoker about a pack a day, and from experience, cartos generally last about a day.

As with all things vaping, just ensure you're keeping hydrated as vaping can dry you out. If you start feeling funny in the head (dizzy or otherwise lightheaded), take a break from vaping and drink some water.

Not exactly the definitive answers I'm sure, but hope it helps a bit

I think that question is difficult to answer. The process of vaping means we absorb the nicotine more slowly. I understand if the vapor is exhaled through the nose, it allows a faster absorbing rate. I can only speak for myself in that I smoked at least a PAD, and I figured 2.4 mg to be right for me. Some people find 1.8 mg OK for them. More PG means a bigger throat hit, and I also understand that a little menthol also creates a bigger throat hit. That may allow one to use a little less nicotine.

Estimates for how much is in a cig, and how much we actually get are all over the scale. 18 is considered roughly full (reds). but i chained cigs and 18 wasnt cutting it at first. now when im home i can drop to 12 , sometimes lower. for the big spaces at work i use 24 and it seems to be ok.

the best thing to do to find where you stand is get a few small bottles of dif strength juice, and pay attention to your vaping, take a hit and think about it.
dont just blindly puff looking for the cig feeling, puff puff did it calm my craving? yes? no? puff puff do I still feel edgy??
puff puff do you feel kinda dizzy?? I found paying attention to the craving helped the transition more then the act of just trying to match my old smoking habit.
