Juice too strong

Ok, so this is more a DIY question. I ordered some juice at 24mg and because I'm new, didn't think that that was too strong, then I read on the forums that it is much to strong for me. So my question is, what can I buy, at a store preferably, or online if I have to, to cut the nic strength down?

also, because I'm a noob, i bought it at 100% VG because I am a vapor aholic. so can I buy the cutting agent with PG at a store? or should I try the 100% VG first? Or is that bad...?


and where can I learn to mix it correctly?

yes I know I'm like a little kid in a candy store, went crazy buying juice and now I can't use it because it's too strong....

Wal Mart carries the PG you need in the pharmacutical (sp) area. The brand is Humco and it has a pink and white label. I had to ask and I think I remember it being by the laxatives, I know sucks to be us! You can mix a bit of that with what you have and cut the nic down. But remember doing this will also cut the flavor.

How much juice are we talking about here? If it were just a bottle or 2 I would just vape it tbh. Does the 24mg give you a headache or feel sick?

You could always vape it the morning and then switch over to a lower nic. juice as the day goes on. I usually start the day on 24mg and then move to 9mg for the rest of the day.

Yes the 24mg is too strong to me and bothers my throat/stomache/head. I need about 11mg. so it;'s double what I need.

I checked the DIY section, and had a hard time navigating it to find the info I needed.

Darn, that stinks.

I'm not sure how much juice you have but if you can get the same juice in 0mg you could mix them both and come out with 12mg with no flavor loss.

There is an iPhone/iPod touch app called ejuice that has a pretty good calculator for diy mixing...
Might help you to figure out the right amounts to cut your strength down

It's very easy to cut down to the right nicotine levels...figure 3ml of what you have + 3ml of PG will give you a 12mg nicotine level. The flavor will be harder but not much harder to compensate for. But, the proper way to compensate for the flavor is with the concentrated DIY flavor mixes.

Best way to start, start small, like 1ml or 1/2ml batches so you dont waste much to get the right level you need.

I tell ya, I love technology, without it none of us would be vaping!
I did find out about the app on here and it looks pretty sweet although honestly I haven't tried mixing anything on my own as of yet.
But it will tell you how much water/pg,vg/alcohol and what not to add to take one nic strength and bring it down to the target strength you are looking for!

It also has links to ecf and other forums as well as suppliers who are sponsoring the app!
It's pretty cool and I look forward to playing with it some more!

TastyVapor's doublers? If you're not wanting to go nuts on DIY you could get a doubler (flavored/no nic) of the same or similar flavor (probably much better actually) and cut it that way?

cherry vodka is used to blend down double strength cherry juice along with vg. Blueberry vodka is used to blend down other fruity vapes along with vg. Getting the idea ....?

its easy to cut down the mg juice, just do simple division, but when doing so it will lower the flavor of juice too, so you can fight that by purchasing a doubler which is same flavor with 0 nic

If I ordered 36 mg 100% pg and then cut it with 50% vg doubler will I get more vapor? Not getting very much vapor out of my 100% pg but tons of flavor

I did this with an order of tastyfinger and I'm really happy. I got all pg with the highest nicotine for the 30ml and 30%vg on the doubler and I'm loving it.

I also bought a bottle of sweetener and it seems to make every juice I have used it on taste better to me.
