Actually starship1 gives some scratchiness I noticed. I like that flavor and andromeda though.

Not sure why but I can't get around to liking Starship 1. Maybe it'll taste better dripped on an RDA instead of a 510 atomizer. Only time will tell. Been enjoying Astro and Andromeda.

Don't worry, you're not alone. I know how popular Starship1 is and in theory, it's a great combination. It just doesn't work for me and I've never been able to quite pinpoint why. Possibly too rich. I prefer ADV's all the time.

I'm not talking throat hit. I'm asking about juices that don't cause your throat to be scratchy. I'm looking for some good juice blends or manufacturers.

Experiment with unflavored at different pg/vg ratios.

If it is the pg causing the problem, then it won't matter what flavor you try.

If it's really something to do with your hardware, again it won't matter the flavor; maybe it's the wick; maybe your juice is burning sometimes; maybe your nic level is too high

I already did that. I know I personally like 80/20 when dripping but with 50/50 five pawns I get no scratchiness. I'm hoping someone with insight on what I'm talking about can chime in with suggestions. :D

It's probably the PG. If 80% causes the problem but 50% does not...

Otherwise it is some throat hit additive that some vendors use but don't tell us about. For most juices, 12mg is 12mg and so on. For a few, 12mg seems to feel like 18, but its not a nicotine "thump". It's more of a "thump with residual burn" which amplifies the effect. Drip another juice on of the same pg% and nic and its back to 12mg feeling.

Try some nicoticket. Avoid indigo (although delicious for tobaccos, burns my throat quite a bit).

I'm talking 20pg/80vg. My apology. Not 80pg. I've had some higher VG juices have a awful throat scratch.
