We are in the house (YAY!!!) and the internet and cable are now working (even bigger YAY!!!)
Not making excuses, but I am in serious pain right now. I did way too much the last couple of days including helping my husband get his big .... off the floor after he fell, and he is not a little man. I will be online tomorrow and back in the swing of things. I actually know where my stash is! Talk to you all tomorrow.

I have gotten some Pms asking if I'm alright. We are having major internet issues. It will work for a few minutes every couple of hours or so. Now they say I need a new router. I am so mad I could bite thru an 18650 battery!
Physically I am alright, sore and some pain, which we were expecting but I am alright. Thanks to everyone for keeping things going. Hopefully Monday they will get this resolved. If they don't, there is another company I can go thru and I won't hesitate to change.

Internet is still not working right. I get maybe 10 minutes a day on it. They are sending out a new router with a supervisor tech to fix this. I have thrown a fit that you would not believe. Sorry about not being around. I know where my stash is and I have been able to get the info and know what i need to sent so it will go out tomorrow or Wednesday. Thanks for waiting everyone. I'm so sorry this has been such a mess!
No worries here Jules...u just do what u need to do...we will be here when things are up to par! I know it must be frustrating tho..ugh!!

I have gotten the address for the PIF's that I owe and what they are getting so I will get that together tonite and get it shipped tomorrow. Sorry this has taken so long but I have no control over Charter and without internet I couldn't get to the addresses I had saved. I will, in the near future, start a document file so that I will have addresses when I need them.

Internet is still spotty at best. They still haven't fixed it right and should be back...again...tomorrow with a new modem that we were promised Tuesday. I hate Charter.

I know this sounds like BS but my internet is still not right. They have been here 4 times in one week and it still cuts in and out until it finally just goes out and stays that way for the whole night. Thank God for my Xbox. They are supposed to be back tomorrow "and get it working" and "they understand where I'm coming from" I asked the little man on the phone if his internet worked and he said yes. I told him then he had no clue where I was "coming from" It is ridiculous to take over a week to get an internet connection that half ... works.
OMG Jules I feel ur pain hun!!! Such a major PITA!!! Ours went out yesterday just outta the blue, and just now came back a couple hours ago..no warning nuttin! Hope it all gets worked out very soon for ya!

Nice to see you here, even though it may be just ocassionally for now. Sorry to hear about your troubles but with some good technicians and some luck you will be up and running in no time. When we moved into this house, Brighthouse had never been installed here. So they had to run wire from a pole near a church down the road and run it all the way down to our house. It took a few days for them to get everything hooked up outside and inside, but we finally were hooked up. Brighthouse was great under the circumstances. I remember coming home from work and my driveway and yard looked like Brighthouse headquarters. There were at 6 maybe 8 of their trucks parked everywhere. They were finally able to figure everything out but it did take some time. I hope the technicians that are working at your house have the perserverance that ours did. Good Luck Julsie. We miss you and want you back up and running as much as you want to be. Big HUGS from us.

I'm going to keep this thread as an update thread for me. I know the older members know that I don't drive and have to depend on others to take my stuff to the post office. This is a real PITA and I'm working on getting set up with the shipping assistant thing so my packages will go out faster than they do now.
My son just took 10 packages to the PO so if you have been waiting on one from me it's on the way. Sorry for the wait. Hopefully I can have the mail thing taken care of by the end of the month.

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday and I won't be today. I am really sick. Some stomach bug. I sit up and i get sick so i'm just taking easy again today. 'I'll try to get on tonite.

Thanks fro the well wishes. I don't know how to relax,lol Everyone always gets onto me about doing too much when I shouldn't. You see I'm still going thru emails. I guess I'm a little OCD about it. I can't stand to leave an email just sitting there waiting to be read,lol
