Just placed my first order at Wizard Labs. They had a real good special on PG/VG/Nic and 8 ml flavor vials at $1.49 each. Was hoping to grab some RY4 Double Flavor but they were all out so I got the regular RY4. Got mostly TFA and a couple of LOR flavors. Great deal to start some experimenting and I couldn't resist. Should be getting some test supplies in from fasttech the same time I get in the other supplies. Its gonna be a very flavorful Christmas for me. Wish me luck.

Good luck, and have fun!
Do keep an eye out for the DRY4, if you like that kind of thing. That was my very first mix - DoubleRY4 at 15% (I know, that's high, but I like it) with about 2% Bavarian Cream. I let it steep for all of about 5 minutes, then just had to try some. And guess what?
I STILL make and vape it regularly.

I'm vaping DRY4 at 10% with 2% each of Barvarian cream and Caramel Original added plus 1 or 2 drops of AP per 5ml for nuttiness (all TFA) - I love this stuff

Good luck with DIY Ace :toast:

That's your problem right there. You held off on bacon, what's wrong with you man. You're not really from Texas are you?

Just kidding, yes, you went overboard - but that's an awesome list and I am sure you'll be shopping for more in a few days. It's all good.

Make sure to check out the DIY section - you'll need 15 posts to respond in there, but there is a ton of really good reading to be had.

Finally, welcome to the forum :toast:

congrats on the start on diy

here is where I get my PG and VG

Propylene Glycol 1 Quart: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

and due to wizard labs being out of stock most of the time I get most everything else here

DIY E-Cig Supplies & E-Cigarette Liquid | Make Your Own E-Liquid | RTS Vapes

and get either a "flavor injector" syringe needle (needs to have the 2 side holes cut off with a dremel) or a catheter style syringe for working with your VG (14 ga needle does not work well)

I too dove into the DYI juice making and its been a money saver to say the least, fun and a science really once you get into it. I have to say i havent had much luck with the TFA flavorings nor most others, Lorann has some I can tolerate but Capella saved my whole DYI experience.

I had ordered like 20 TFA and LA and others to start and had no luck finding anything i could stand to Vape, even steeping flavors for weeks still no luck. So after placing my third order for a few more flavors, 3 came that were Capella, loved everyone of them!

I replaced every FTA I had with Capella and 80% of them I still use 6 months later. I have my favorites like raspberry lemonaid, I have had to order like 250ml of each flavor to keep up with my vapeing it so much.

So if you have some trouble finding flavors you like, try Capella you may be surprised.

Oh and I make my juice for about $.20 per ml right now and love using that saved money to buy equipment instead of juice!

I've had pretty good luck with the TFA flavors I've tried so far. Really like the RY4 Double, Bavarian Cream, Caramel Original, Peach (Juicy) mixed with their Pear, Mint Candy, Vanilla Cupcake, Cinnamon Danish, Black Honey Tobacco, Dulche De Leche (very strong), and AP to name a few. My RY4 Asian experiment needs a lot of work but I bought 29 flavors (at WL 8ml samples are only $1.49 so it's easy to try a lot) and didn't really expect to love them all. I think the thing with TFA flavors are they are pretty concentrated so I suggest starting at a lower %, tasting and adding more to taste. I've yet to try Capella flavors but want to, the only really negative thing I've heard is you have to use a lot, like 20-25% is not unusual. That being said I've read some really good things about them. Happy Vaping :toast:
Cheers,
Steve

Thanks for the pointers guys, I will definitely be following them. I choose to use TFA because I have read some much good stuff about then on the forum. The local shop where I get my liquids right now uses Flavor West and it has good taste but wanted to try something new. The place is called The Vape Lounge in El Paso TX. I am working on their website right now and hope to have it up by the new year. Besides that, I will be posting more thanks to the warm welcome you guys have given me. Now I play the waiting game and wait for everything to get here.
