Just an intro to say hey!

new to vaping, lightgeoduck(thanks LGD) got me into this new hobby/addiction runamuck. he got me started on the ego and i've pretty much killed all analog cravings. since i started vaping i've only had a handful of analogs(been around 6-7 weeks now). for an addiction that i've carried for over 23 years, they taste pretty nasty to me now. i've already been ordering like crazy. i've got DIY juice coming out of my ears(sitting at home waiting for me to return to cali on the 31st) and just pulled the trigger on the SB from altsmoke. can't wait to try that out(just arrived today at the house, now i'm just waiting on my order of batteries from battery junction). i picked up 2 of the 18650's and a 6 pack of the rcr123 for the 6v vaping. but anyway, wanted to introduce myself and cut my teeth on the forum.

HEY Back and welcome to the forum Gotta love vaping....I have actually been 100% tobacco free since I started (I'm not normal LOL) My hubby and I even had trouble when we went to a bar and went out on the "smoker's porch" the smell was just awful to us.

i do believe that i'm in to vaping for a while, with the purchase of the SB yeah, that is an investment to me. costs less than analogs, tastes better than analogs, i'm just all around happier with vaping. its become a very quick passion. been watching grimms vids on all the diff mods, just started watching his vids on cardo's, attys and flavors. i'm pretty amped up about this. i still have the odd analog here and there but from a pack a day smoker down to 2 or 3 a week maybe, i'd say thats not bad

It's definitely easy to get passionate about vaping. What with all of the cool mods and different flavors to try. You can rack up a pretty big bill but then all of your stuff lasts a crazy long time compared to buying cartons of analogs!

oh totally, thats how i sold my wifey on the whole thing, #1 i'm not smoking, #2 we spend about 240 a month on analogs and other than the SB and battery purchase, i've spent way under our smoking bill and i've got enough DIY juice stuff to make enough for atleast 2 months for the both of us. she's pretty excited for me to come home off this business trip to japan so that she can try the ego kit i got for her. i have 2 ego kits with me that i've been using, a few cardomizers, cards, regular and low res atty's. she can't wait to start mixing juices to try. at last count i have 30 flavors waiting to be mixed in to yummy vape!!!!!!!!! i even let her pick a bunch of flavors out so that she feels involved in this new aspect of our quitting smoking. she's super excited

yup, met him over here and saw him vaping, one of the guys at my shop had gotten an ecig(not sure what type) his battery only lasted like 2 hours and he got very little vape from it. i've been using this ego from the start and i get thru most of the day on one battery.... ok well i go thru almost 2 batteries a day now. i'm really looking forward to the SB and the 6v vaping but i'm also pretty excited about the 18650 batts and thier high 2400mah life. that should last me all day easy. on the weekends though i'm pretty sure i'll be vapng pretty heavy. while sitting in my hotel room, sitting on the puter watching vids from grimm and many others i find myself almost constantly vaping. i'm only using like 10 or 12MG DIY juice that LGD mixed for me. after looking at a bunch of sites i wanted to jump right in to DIY juices, so i went to onestop and got 2 of thier big DIY kits that come with 8 flavors, pg, nic juice(got the 48mg 50/50 mix) bottles, pipettes, measuring cups, funnel, etc........ i do alot of DIY stuff at home already, i make beer, wine, mead, cheese, sausage, smoke my own meats so it just goes along with every thing else i do that i mix my own juices. i've already been dreaming up diff flavor combos i want to play with after i've vaped a few of the flavors solo. once i get a feel for them, i'll start getting all mad scientist and start mixing flavors and what not.

We haven't been brave enough to mix our own. We just buy mostly 555 or strawberry cream...boring but good! It's nice that you are pshyced about it!! Now you can go around more of the forum since you have your 5 posts! Enjoy!!!

oh i'm planning on enjoying alot of the site. i just got active on it a few days ago, but mostly have been lookin at rewiews, manf. websites, just checking out the whole scene. i still have to find the section about the vaping conf's and see whats in my area so that i can go to some of them. its like a whole new adventure in life and i'm going to see what i can make of it! thanks for the new member support and helping me get my 5!!!

and if i didn't say it before, LGD is a cool guy, knows his poo about vaping and is a great resource for vaping and begginers. he helped me out alot, answered alot of questions i had and really got me started down the path of vaping. so THANKS LGD!!!!!!!

I love vaping too...i really enjoy trying all the flavors. i just started dripping and i just want to vape all the time. it really satisfies my sweet tooth also. My husband is going to give it a try next i just ordered an ego kit for him.

as i said some where before, i started my ego about 6 weeks or so ago, totally got me off analogs. but then i had one here and one there. yesterday i didn't have any and thats what i'm going to use as my quit date. my BSB is delivering all the vape i can handle or want right now so i have no cravings!!! adding my counter to my sig lol


doesn't seem to be working though
