I remember the bumper stickers in Miami that said:
"FIU in '72"
I think that was the first graduating class: 1972

I finished FIU in only 9 years (LOL).
Class of 1986. When I started, we were called the "Sunblazers". Now Golden Panthers.

It took me 7 years' I finished in 78. Went to Miami Dade for the first two years, FIU was a two year school when I went there. Many moons ago. Good to meet you.
