Listen everyone. We're all human. Mistakes happen. I understand that. Even companies that are otherwise great can make mistakes. It's just a fact of life.

I'm not going to let it bother me any longer. The point is V4L owned up to the mistake, they're correcting it and all is good. I equally have owned up to my mistake about not calling first. Something I probably should have done. But to be honest with you it didn't really go how I expected. I guess I had it in my head that I would openly post about my disappointment and frustration, then Steve or Mark would sweep in like heroes, correct the mistake and everyone would cheer by the third or forth reply in. Including myself. I guess that did happen, it just took longer. :)

It's all good now. I'm happy with the product is everything is sunny. :)

That is the usual case, which is why I stayed out of it.
In this case, EVERYBODY dropped the ball! I have to admit I even looked into some things said and was about ready to jump on board, so I am not guilt free!
It seems in haste, to again make us happy, errors where made and comunication wasnt clear.
Everybody has appologized, and I as well am sorry for making assumptions, and I hope they can make you more happy than you have been unhappy!
Then we can all be happy again:cool:

Honestly I'm sure that V4L crew is very busy keeping up with our orders, stocking new and incoming inventory, R&D, book keeping, tracking, shipping. I'm amazed they have any time to even look at this forum and still give us personal attention here. They really are amazing when you put it in that perspective. It is always best to contact them directly if you want quick response considering the above.

I'm so happy to see this issue resolved so amicably and quickly, and that both parties so readily accepted personal responsibility. My warm fuzzies are returning.

I'm also sure that Rox will be around a long time due to the quality of the V4L products and service, as well as the (generally) friendly folks around here. Welcome aboard Rox!
