Listen everyone. We're all human. Mistakes happen. I understand that. Even companies that are otherwise great can make mistakes. It's just a fact of life.
I'm not going to let it bother me any longer. The point is V4L owned up to the mistake, they're correcting it and all is good. I equally have owned up to my mistake about not calling first. Something I probably should have done. But to be honest with you it didn't really go how I expected. I guess I had it in my head that I would openly post about my disappointment and frustration, then Steve or Mark would sweep in like heroes, correct the mistake and everyone would cheer by the third or forth reply in. Including myself. I guess that did happen, it just took longer.
It's all good now. I'm happy with the product is everything is sunny.
