About a week ago I posted a question about the tips that come with tanks.

I thought they came with two tips with the exception of blue and silver. Not a big deal at all. I was just curious as to why mine had only come with one.

So true to form gab posted and Bham emailed me asking me what tip I liked. I thought the ribbon was cute. Emailed him back and said for him to choose the color.

Brisk actually thanked me on the thread and stated that they had upgraded their website with the now current correct info.

Fast Fwd a few days... I check my mail and not only did they send me 3 ribbon tips (one in each color they offer)
They also sent me a new tank!

Wow! Really? All because one little black tip did not come with a tank I ordered?

Now if that is not excellent customer service than I don't know what is. Just totally above and beyond.
I would have been perfectly understanding with just a simple explanation. Like "sorry the new batch only came with 1 tip"
Which of course, I also got.

I do not recall if it was that same thread or another that I said how much I loved the tank.
I have no idea if that was why they sent me another.

All I can say is thank you guys for doing all that you do!
It was a nice surprise and very much appreciated :)
