Just another reason why IkenVape ROCKS!

Lately I've been vaping on an Apex Alpha Ultramax. On Thursday of last week I decided I was going to thoroughly clean every nook and cranny of the device. Well, needless to say... there is a removable 'pellet' in the switch interface and while cleaning that, it popped out of the interface and proceeded to go around in my sink and then down the drain. Begin panick mode... as I recently sold all of my other mods and only had an 808 pen style battery laying around. I know... shame on me. So I was basically SOL and was about to go to the store to pick up a pack of analogs.

In steps Isaac... telling me he is going to overnight one of his mods for me to use while waiting for a replacement pellet for my Ultramax. WHAT!? Yes, you shared the same thought as me. At first I just thought he was trying to distract me but nope, come Saturday morning what arrives in my mailbox? A 901 GG Transformer! I'm sitting here typing this up now, vaping on this even after my replacement pellets arrived.

I just can't find enough words to say thank you, Isaac. I greatly appreciate your generosity and willingness to help me in a time of emergency. Thanks again!

Side note: I also successfully learned how to drip 901's now, since my drip shield did not fit on the Transformer...

I like the flavor from them but I need the TH from the 306's. Have to find a happy medium... lol

You know what?

Many, many suppliers have real good Customer Service. Nothing wrong with them.

But IKV/Isaac ... you just can't call this Customer Service. Its Customer Care!

And in my opinion there is a huge difference.

There's only one other supplier I know of who fits this description and I won't mention any names since I'm writing this on the IKV Forum, but his store is shown in my sig line.

I've never had any kind of problem with anything I've ever purchased from Isaac. But its nice knowing that "Customer Care" is there if I ever need it.

Such good quality atomizers, ive never had to call customer service... Keep it up Issac!!!
