I've been browsing this forum for weeks on end. About 3wks ago I picked up a 21st Century Disposable e-cig to see if it was really worth it... That night, I ordered my Joye 510.

Had a little bumpy start getting a consistent vape... but, searching the forum answered all my questions. Lots and Lots of great newbie information here.

...I got tired of typing in the anti-spam question on every search, so I registered. :2cool:

Right now, I have my Joye no box kit from CigNot. I'm fixing to order a spare atomizer and battery. Turns out I like the drip tip... I was a closet smoker, so I only smoke/vape at home; so I'll never really have to mess with carts! I'm pretty much set as far as hardware, until something gives out on me. My batteries have lasted me over half a day (light use).

I've got a shopping cart full of juices, but haven't ordered because I'm just not sure how much I need to get right now. Turns out I don't vape much... thinking of getting a few 0nic already!

I smoked 1PAD of Marlborough 100's.... OR Marlborough Light 72's--depended on my mood and I could switch back and forth with ease. All my liquids are 6mg right now... and I have to put it down after 3-4 good draws. It's like it's too high & I Know that 6mg is what a lot of people use to pacifier vape... Surprising, right! I have a bottle of Wiltons Glycerin to dilute it with, see if that helps.

Anyways, from a lurker... Just thought I'd say hi & give a thanks from someone who appreciates the wealth of information here.

Hi and grats!! I love my 510. Since you like to drip, there are some really pretty drip tips at nhaler.com - look for the twisted drip tips. They also sell some nice blank cartomizers for 510 if you want to try cartomizers. Just don't get the LR ones (their power draw could kill a plain 510 battery - they are for the fat battery models like Ego). I have been using Boge 510 soft-caps from LiteCigUSA.net - a bit of a soft hit but nice performance, good vapor, lots of reuse.

I am getting some 0mg juices now too. I started at 18mg then dropped to 12mg and had to replace or dilute some leftover 18mg juices. Now I am planning a drop to 6mg and need to dilute some of my leftover 12mg (I'll make some 9 out of it on the way to 6). But I was buying some goofy flavors to try last night and figured heck I will just get these in 0mg and if amazingly one turns out to be the greatest thing since sliced bread, then I will buy it with my current level of nicotine. Samples too - I am getting some 0mg ones. 0mg will never be too high for me to pig out on.

Yeah I can see how the nic affects my circulation too. If I vape too much a couple of finger tips get cold. And I love vaping.

My current faves are Backwoods Brew Vanilla Bean alternated with Vapor4Life WOWbacco (a very cocoa tobacco, or WOWboy is the same but adds a bit of mint).

Re cartomizer - the nice thing is they keep flavors separate - so I can immediately switch from vanilla to cocoa - there is no in-between stage where they are mixed together. I love the contrast. Also cartos are handy if you are cooking or busy or doing something else with your hands.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I've thought about getting a few cartomizers, but I didn't know which ones... I had some trial and error with carts and decided that the fiber fill is a pain.... doesn't wick well, lots of liquid left that wont come out, and had to top off frequently, even tried fluffing with paperclips, etc. Dripping is a dream come true by comparison.... but I'll look into some cartomizers too. :)

I was actually really torn between the Joye510 and the Ego-Tank.... I have kids, and I don't want to mess with nic-juice more than I have too. All my supplies stay locked up in cash box (tip I found here!)... Having all my juice locked up is really the only drawback I have with dripping, so far.
