Just bought a ego-c Now I need help

Hi i'm totally new to vaping and just bought an ego this week and am already totally addicted! Smoked a pack a day for the last 11 years. Havnt had a smoke since tuesday (its thursday night now) and i\m loving the fact I can still blow smoke So my quest is the Ego C kit I bought came with 5 of the plastic disposable tank pieces which work fine but I think i would prefer a glass and steel tank instead. What do I need to convert my ego battery to make this system work? do the tanks use the same atomizer thing that came with my ego or do I have to buy a different kind? Whats a good tank system to use? Sorry if my questions dont make sense im just learning here Thanks for the help in advance!

The protank 3, protank 3 mini, or the protank aero would all work with your ego c battery.

Jeff you absolutely should get a smoktech t-dux 2.0 from madvapes...they still have black available and it fits perfectly on your e-go c-twist and will give you one of the best vapes possible on your setup and it is very reasonably priced

The smoktech t-dux 2.0 is miles ahead in every aspect of the cheap little included tanks that come in those kits you will love it

i would say this is the best e-go tank available

My opinion...

Use the atomizers and cartridges up and never look back.

No converting your battery, no confusion - ditch those and get into something better, cheaper and more efficient.

You have the big heavy battery part of the mod that screws into the little plastic clearomizer tank i assume yes?

The atomizer is inside the tank....the whole thing is called a clearomizer...the t-dux replaces that whole plastic clearomizer

It is absolutely easy....you purchased a perfectly fine battery you just need to replace the 5 cheap clearomizers that came with the kit to really get a better vapor with more taste and the t-dux is perfect

You don't have to convert anything and your Ego C is a very functional unit that will last you a long time.

For clearomizers, I personally like the Kanger T2 but a whole lot of people around here find the Pro Tank II to be a very good vape. Both will fit your ego just fine. Order one of each of those. One is a top coil and one is a bottom coil. This way you can work out what taste/feels best for you and then get a couple more and some extra coils that you will eventually need. You Tube up both of these and you will get an idea of what to do with them.

When you are ready for another device, look hard at the MVP II

Yes, the ego is just the battery part and I personally like the Protank 2 and Protank 2 mini. Once I bought these I don't like the couple of plastic ones that I still have. i have heard that the Protank 3 series is much better but I have not got those yet. I just started vaping about a month ago and have not had a cigarette in 4 weeks.

an ego battery has "eGo & 510" threads

most modern topper tanks (clearomizers) will screw right on

a very popular clearomizer is a mini protank (glass)

the atomizer (coil) is inside the clearomizer and heats the fluid into vapor

here are some examples to have a look at...

- Kanger Mini Protank 2 Clearomizer
- universal Protank and Evod coils
- Kanger EVOD bottom coil clearomizer

then this is an adjustable battery (predict your next move)

BTW the Ego C upgrade is an adjustable. I'm pretty sure it is one of those that goes in increments.

Yes the c-twist is adjustable if that is what he has...it spins from 3.2-4.8 volts it's the one i use at least 1100mah...was like 15 bucks...i threw away the clearomizer and free juice that came with it lol
