Ya. I almost had a firework in the kitchen. The battery was so hot I could not touch it. Had to unplug it to let it cool down. Lots of people love them but that was my exp.
Not trying to defend V2, they have many shortcomings, but this is not really one of them. This kind of thing can happen to any battery - Egos, large modbatteries, you name it. We all have to be careful about charging these in safe places and never let them charge unattended. Just my
