just got my order. take 1 week to get it, that's pretty good.
it was real fast from Vancouver to Montreal, i'm surprise that post Canada did it so fast,.
1 week in total ? from china to Montreal ? nice! Im waiting for mine and 1 week would be awesome news..

well XIQUSUDI doesnt seem to be a known city or whatever in wikipedia and i assume its a region or building name of sorting center.
If thats from the EMS site than take your tracking number and put it in at Canadapost.ca
My order from ruyandirect never said anything past "left sorting center" on EMS but after a while I could track it through Canada post. Took one week exactly.

Interestingly, google turned up other forum posts about stuff EMS shipped, not a place in China
Intrigued, I poked jaround the EMS site and found interesting stuff out about them, and by extension, China.

Not sure if I am reading this right, but I guess if your buddy is sick in China, you can send him some leeches, and order up a Get Well Mooncake right from the shipping place... that's pretty cool! Or you can trade bee queens with your apiary buddies!

Doc, in my experience..EMS will update up to "handed over to customs" and hopefully, "released from customs"..I usually get "en route to Canada" for about 2 days for the goods to arrive in Canada..but now its the weekend, so you might see update only tomorrow!

You were right Misty, the update appeared this morning but was handed over to customs yesterday at 19h00 in Vancouver.
Now lets all pray to the high and Mighty Vaping Lord everyone!

i finally got it today and 1 of atomizer there ring under bridge it was loose and frayed so no good and other atomizer works but the primer gave bad taste i drank 1 jugful of ice tea and took 7 tic tac man so hard to remove that taste blah. and i emailed ruyandirect about the bad atomizer and waiting for reply
I love ruyandirect. I got 4 atomisers and none of them had a primer taste at all, all my batteries worked great AND came pre charged and my liquid is great. My PCC doesnt charge properly so wayne immediatly sent a new one my way and asked that i send the defective one back after i get my replacement. just ordered some titanium attys and battys and some more e juice. Woooo!
My first post. After browsing through the forum for a couple of days, I've decided to go for RuyanDirect for my purchases, and I believe I made the right choice. They're quite friendly and responsive in emails. I'm just waiting for my orders to arrive so I can start enjoying like the rest of you
2 for 3 with ruyandirect for me. While theyre being very conciliatory, I emailed them about my juice order from +2weeks ago. I got a quick response giving me the unfortunate news that its being returned to them courtesy of chinese customs... 
Theyre offering to resend or refund, which is great but I'm nearly out of juice! Ill use them again no question. Ive done 3 out of my 4 eCig orders with them in my +1month vaping including this failure (2 hardware, 2 juice, gotta give a shout out to Jack@ HappyVaper, thanks for the atomizer).
Great service, beyond their control, totally not their fault. But I'm in a vaping jam now.
Anyone in the GTA willing to sell me an extra bottle of RY4 or something? Anything tobacco flavour with nic... Any local vendors able to do pick up/drop off of nic juice?? Im allready smoking more analogs to stretch out my 510 for where I need it. 8-o
