Being that they're new, I'd go with the rest of the crowd and say they need to be broken in.

I have a love-hate relationship with them. I love them when they're new and working great then I hate them when they start acting up. When I'm down to one good, working atomizer, I put in an order for 2 more. I blow out and wash my mis-behaving atomizers in warm water, then stick them in my jar-o-PGA and let them sit there. I'll use them to try new juice or my DIY experiments. My husband got 2 atomizers with his 510 kit a month ago and is still using the first one he started with. He says to me last night as he eyeballed my jar, "Exactly how many atomizers do you have?" I've been at this for over a month and a half (not very long at all) and I have 8 atomizers in my jar already. lol I just placed an order for 2 more this morning and some cartomizers because I've never tried them before and with my atomizer luck, these are probably the least expensive way for me to go. I have issues with them. I think it's my juice experiments that degraded most of them.

I bought the Joye510 kit also, one manual and one automatic battery. I first thought I might have a bad atty but it ended up being my auto battery, my manual works a lot better. I tested both attys on the manual battery and they both work great. Manual is a better performer in my case, I have to pull harder on the auto to get more vapor. I'm just throwing that out there in case you purchased a kit and decided to go with one of each as well.
Good luck!

When I got my first e cig, Joye 510 kit 2 months ago, the first atty I used worked GREAT ! When I tried out the second atty the next day it just didn't work very well. It didn't seem to matter what I did it just didn't work well at all. Not dead, but nothing like that first atty. I was very grateful that I'd choosen by the luck of the draw to first pick the one that worked so well first. I quickly placed an order for some more atty's and more juice since I knew from that first day that this was something I seriously wanted to continue doing. My new attys arrived along with my new juice in just 3 days so I decided it was time to try cleaning the one I'd been using for several days and had nothing to loose by cleaning that not so great one also. I choose to use the alcohol soak. Next morning I first tried out the not so great atty to see if there was any difference and WOW it worked GREAT !!!! So did the one that worked great from the beginng. Two months later they are both still working just GREAT.

pull the atty off the battery. leave the cartridge on. then give it a quick, firm blow. put it back on and see how it works. if its better, then the atty was just flooded. i just did a bridge-ectomy and wick-ectomy and im noticing how easily now the atty gets flooded and how bad it performs when it does. i can literally see the difference.

try this and if it doesnt help, then dont listen to me anymore hehe.
