Tight atty

I have a JOYE510, just got it a few days ago. One of the attys that came with it holds the carts so tight it's breaking them. The one that came attached to the atty i had to use a pliers to get it off. Now while trying to switch off this cart i noticed it just broke like the first one. Does anyone know a special trick or anything to get the carts off? The other atty that came with is fine though and the carts come off/on no problem

This is really strange. maybe you got some defective carts or someone put the wrong carts in your order. I have had some that were loose, but that's because I was using a Joye 510 on my 901.
I would contact your supplier and have them send some new ones. You don't want to break anytghing!

Sounds like the carts are defective. Some I've had were a little tight but break in with use. Usually juice is lubricating and makes putting them in somewhat easier. Strange, never had that problem.

Wait a minute. The carts work with the one atty and not the other? Sounds like the one atty is defective not the carts. I'm guessing the atty opening toward the cart end got squeezed. Is it oblong or round? If round, match it up to the other atty - opening to opening. See a difference? If so send the one that the carts don't fit into, back. Or.... wait until you get some loose fitting carts and you might find it very useful.

I have a similar problem with my SE 4081. On the 4081 the cart slips over the atty instead of into it. I got a new atty a few weeks ago and ever since then all of my atty's are loose. I am going to take mine back to SE and get a new one.

I guess that some of the atty's are malformed at the factory so the carts just don't quite fit right.

Yeah, I talked to the supplier (terri at cignot.com) and she told me she has had a similar problem before. Will be getting a replacement atty once some are in stock. Great service from cignot.

Good thing the starter kit came with 2 attys and I can still vape!
