I'm not Canadian so delete my post if that's what you need to do moderator. If I'm butting in where I don't belong or breaking any rules tell me. And sorry in advance if I am.
Living on the south side of the Great Lakes and listening to a radio station out of London, Ont I tend to watch what you guys go
through more than someone from further away from the border.
There's no sort of Freedom of Information Act (even when your package is seized) to know what the charges against it was? You'd have to think that it would be spelled out in black in white in order to make it legal. Canada is a bit more progressive than the US but you'd think it would be a cut and dry thing since it is a legal matter. The law is the law. Our legal systems are close but not the same.
Would the same problems be experienced if you physically crossed the border into the US and brought back a PV on your person? BC is a a big province so no clue how close you might be to the border. And if it is illegal I am not endorsing it, not cause of the legal ramification but because it might land you in jail if it was, but if you live close to the border and a friend on the US side mail to their address and cross the border to pick it up.... But like I said I have no clue if that is A> an option distance wise B> an option legally C>the US might have a similar ban soon and a similar chance of seizure.
I'm just trying to toss some options out there and helping a fellow vaper.
