Ok i just ordered from DV's tuesday and it coming Tomorrow. Then i am back on ECF and i find a post about fasttech. OMG the prices are great! Is there a catch? I know and prefer to shop american but im broke and my wife gives my a "Stupid Purchases" budget. So this seems to be the best site for a new mod ect. Is there a catch to this site? And what other wonderful sites dont i know about. Please post anything else you guys frequent,

Fasttech is a great site but beware there are some major shipping delays running right now and they will likely continue well into next month.
That said, if you do your research FT is a great asset to any vaper. Due diligence is a must but get ready to hand FT a whole bunch of money.

The main thing to keep in mind when ordering from Fasttech is the long delivery time 10 to 16 days in my experience. Also be sure of what you want they carry a lot of knockoffs that may or may not live up to your expectations.
2 things about Fasttech.
1. It's coming from china, so shipping time is a bit long.
2. They carry branded products as well as knock off (who doesn't?).
Read the title and description carefully if you want authentic. I have not had any problems with either knock off or branded product from them.

FastTech - great prices, good customer service, good vendor overall - BUT, you DO need to know
a) Shipping is at least a week
b) RIGHT NOW, there's crazy crap going on with postal service in Hong Kong and ALL FastTech shipments are delayed by an EXTRA 4 or 5 days, and BATTERIES AND JUICE might get sent back. Technically they're not supposed to ship that stuff, and about a week ago, they started trying to enforce it (after years of not caring). FT will refund if your package gets returned.
c) They DO sell cheap copies, sometimes low quality. They ALSO sell the real stuff (Kanger, Innokin, etc). You have to read the description carefully - they aren't misrepresenting things, but if it's a "Protank" for $8, madeo of plastic, and doesn't say Kanger - guess what? It's NOT going to be a Kanger glass ProTank.

dont buy batteries or e juice, they are scaning all the packages now now and returning those items. I just recieved my order from august 28 today due to the delays. besides that they are nice, great prices if you dont need them in a rush
What everyone else has said, plus another good tip :
If you see something you want to order check the delivery status. Some things are in stock, other things can ship in 10 days time - so be aware of this.

Yeah in addition to the shipping, like said above me, they list products they dont even have in stock and they allow you to order them. They send your package without the item they don't have in stock and then they send the item once they get it in. The site should tell you whether or not they have it in stock on the product page. Just beware of that, in addition to the 15 day shipping. You can pay for quicker shipping but batteries and E juice are being sent back. I dont think that applies to eGo batteries.
May be a stupid question, but why are they sending back the batteries and ejuice?
The batteries and juice are not supposed to be shipped because of international mailing regulations and Hong Kong post just went all postal about it. It's not just e-cig people that are having fits right now. I'm into flashlights and everyone on the other forums are going bonkers trying to find out what is happening with their packages. I guess it's also messing with practically all packages that have been sent via Hong Kong post. They decided to open up all packages and now the backlog is huge.
Just a suggestion for people who don't know this. You can set your shipping default at Fast Tech so change it to China Post for the time being until they get it sorted out. I would change it for everything you order not just batteries and juice because HK post is backed up big time from them deciding to open all the packages.
Oh and other than delay's Fast Tech is about as good as it gets. Great prices and they fix problems if you have them. Also if you do need to return a product you ship it back to a Florida address via USPS and they pay for your shipping and either refund all your money or send you out a replacement.
FT is a good company IN CHINA..there is NO "catches"...DV is also a great company in CT, USA...When U buy from FT, U are cutting out the middle man here in the US or elsewhere, so prices are much cheaper at FT, but DV always had much faster shipping for obvious reasons and their quality is always top shelf...whereas FT is a much slower process due to distance and customs inspections., and sometimes their quality is generic but will work very good usually and they do warranty all their products..their descrotions of their products as=are honest and U can tell then if its a brand name or a generic..Both DV and FT are the 2 companies I would recommend to anybody..
BTW..ego batteries and eliquids are being shipped and have no problems getting through for delivery usimg HK Post and USPS their normal carriers...some other batteries are being shipped via a new carrier for them China Post and may take a lil longer , or may not, than usual....expect 10-20 days in all deliveries from China..so plan ahead
