Yeah if the bottle just says Menthol 16mg it is probably Chinese PG liquid. My first bottle just said tobacco 16mg.
Glad you ordered juices! if you always buy juices that are a mix of PG and VG you should be able to avoid all of the Chinese juices.
My fave juice vendors are FreedomSmokeUSA, Backwoods Brew, and for some sweet treats Velvet Vapors. And I know many like Halocig for menthols but I have never tried them. Some people mix up their own menthol solutions (see the DIY section fo the forum) and add them to other non-menthol juices they like.
