I have been using a itaste vv 3.0 with a T3D juice holder. I have been purchasing my juice at a local shop here in town. I would like to learn how to make juice and if anyone has any suggestions on what type of mod to try as I am new to the scene. I am familiar with the pg/vg 50-50 mix and then do I buy some flavoring and away I go? not really sure how to proceede or what to buy.

Welcome to ECF and congrats on making the switch!

Its generally frowned upon to spam to get your post count up.

Your best bet is to just post in a few threads in the New Members area welcoming people or contributing to threads/asking questions and those posts will pile up quick.

Before you know it, you'll have access to the majority of the forum!

Heres a opportunity for another post: What setup are you using?

Best of luck!

to ecf chris12 . And you have definitely found the right place. :D I have been vaping over a year now and hardly a day goes by that I don't learn something new around here. I think that is the second best thing about ecf...........the people here are #1. Good luck to you and happy vaping.

Hello all. I am completely new to ECF.com and this is my first post. I'm still trying to learn all the important stuff I will need to know to utilize this website effectively and to make sure I don't break any rules or anything like that.
I smoked cigs for about 4 years, reaching about half a pack a day at the peak, but have been exclusively using e cigs for about 6 months now. I started with a Blu starter pack with the vivid vanilla flavor, but after months of completely unreliable hardware and customer service(as well as hundreds of wasted dollars) I decided to make a change and ordered a Halo Triton e-cig starter pack(yellow jacket color and with one 400 mAh battery, and one 650 mAh battery). I received my new Halo Triton e-cig in the mail yesterday along with a sample pack of flavors. I also ordered a few other flavors from NicQuid seeing as I prefer the more "fruity" or "exotic" flavors... I read somewhere that my new e-cig can use other companies oils with no problem.

Anyway, I guess if anyone has any advice or tips to give me regarding my new e-cig, this website, or just vaping in general, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

...oops, I forgot to ask... I have a question in regards to the coil in my Halo Triton and if someone thinks they may be able to help me please let me know. I'm not including details as I'm not sure if I would get in trouble bringing up a topic that's so specific in this particular forum.

I tried e cigs awhile back. I had many problems as I had to order from the US. Canadian Customs loved blocking the products that I was ordering. So I gave up.

Now, there is a store about 45 mins from me! It's awesome. I have started the path of giving up my expensive smokes for a pack of cartridges every week. It's a third of the price!

Now, if I could just get myself to completely quit smoking and allow vaping to be my only option for nicotine. Currently I am at 6 smokes per day. I want to be at zero. It's just figuring out how to reduce even further.

It's like the "Little Engine that Could" motto going through my head.
"I think I can .. I think I can ..."

Then I worry about the bad experiences I have had in the past. What if this company that's openned up goes belly up (cross fingers, knock on wood ..
lol)

Welcome to ECF! Get your posts in and head over to the Candian forum. I'm sure they'll have plenty of info for Canadian Vape suppliers. Or start a post here with Canada in the subject to get their attention.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on quitting. I can't help you with your coil question but can tell you it is OK to start a thread asking for specific help here. I hope you ready to learn. A ton of great information here as well as a lot of expertise. Ask away (but it helps to start your own thread):)

Thank you for the kind welcome.

You mention that I should start a thread myself, correct?... but I thought since I'm so new and this is only my second post, I wasn't allowed to start threads. I'm assuming you meant after I "earn" the right to start my own threads.
