These things are really awesome! I am really enjoying the tank. I am an HV dripper, but I can tell you, if you are on the fence regarding buying one of these, go for it.
The juice in mine gets darker too, but it doesn't seem to change the taste or anything else bad. I guess it's normal? Well it gets used almost 24/7 too...
Interesting. The juice I was using the past week was a light brown so I didn't really notice any change in color. My eGo-T was no longer performing well yesterday, so I switched to a new eGo-T atty and tank (while the other atty dried after cleaning it). This time I used watermelon from Ms. T's. The color is hot pink. I vaped about 1/2 a tank in the evening. This AM I topped of the tank before work. When I got to work I saw the color in the tip was now a light brownish color. So far it seems to still be working well and the taste is okay, but I think that's weird. I wonder what's going on.
I haven't noticed this with the tank, but the Clearomizers definitely get all brown and yucky looking around the coil area of the wick. Maybe the same issue?
REALLY??? $50.00 for an Ego Tank System? Just checked Cigtechs and it says $74.95 for it. Even with 15% off, it comes out to about $63.70 . If you got it for $50.00, you found a great deal. Ah, out of stock on it anyhow.
Around $75 is what I have been seeing for the tank kits. For that much you could buy a new standard ego kit and add a tank atty and cart. That way at least you would have a couple backup 510 attys if the tank has issues
There are 2-3 suppliers that sell the eGo-T kit for just under $60
If I have a tornado tank, where should I be posting? In ego-t threads since it's basically the same thing?
Just to help make things worse .....I mean better. I have been using clearomizers for awhile and the juice in those will darken as well. This is what is probably happening; The juice changes color when heated up. WHEW that was easy. If you have not used a clear type device before there is no way you would have noticed that the juice changed color except if you were cleaning out an atty maybe. Scientificall speaking it makes some sense. Heat tends to alter things in a lot of way but color is the one WE notice the most. Hope this helps.
@Kevin H, when I ordered there was a special goin on, it had slipped my mind when I was posting, I got one of 5 that were left in stock at the time so I lucked out I guess, from what I been reading on this site they are up on the prices now that they been out for a few.
Totall bummer i havent posted on this thread in 8 months or so, but my ego Tank attys only were good 2 me at the beggining<maybe 2 months>, and havent had any success in cleaning or maintaning them at all, kinda feel like i got jipped cust I have 510 regular attys that are workin fine over a year later<some even with no major maintenance> But cuz of my experience with the cone shaped eGo style attys I havent bought any more thinking I would be wasting money, but i have found a solution and I suggest any1 look it up. "The Pumpcart solution" by Gotvapes, like dripping but not having to have a bottle of juice everywhere u go, and the "Pumpcart solution" as they call it, works IMO 100 times better than any tank system out there, just like dripping, and they offer a "bridgless atty" to come with the pump carts and its a 510 that rocked my world!!!!!! I've had mine for o ver tío months and no problema yet. I got standard and LR . I prefer standard the tarare serna clenaer not muted. I aojos total recomend them. TO change flavors I just run them through tap water. LOVE MY TANKS!
Sorry. Language set on Spanish. There are a a few tricks useful if you are having wicking problems by the cignot lady VERY USEFUL but the system works great. I've only had leaking problems when I let people try them and I think they pull them up a little. I prefer the flavour on standard atties. I have a mega or aaty and the taste in this one does taste a little burnt.
Hi guys, so i'm new to the forum in posting but i've been doing a lot of reading in the past 3 weeks ;-)
I quite smoking and after doing extensive research I ordered 2 eGo-t type A kits for my hubby and I. So I have been vaping for 2 weeks now until today. Prior to vaping in our new e-cigs we did the prep work for the tank system which is on this site somewhere dont remember, and they were working great! We ordered 65PG/35VG liquid which was advised best for tank systems and we loved it, . . . . well until we followed the instructions for cleaning. The video is on you-tube and on this forum and we followed it to a T. I noticed that the 4 attys had less wick than the video and pics but resumed. Turns out both attys now leak and barely have wick. Long story short we ordered new LR attys that our friends had ordered from another site which we know that have great and cheap genuine eGo-T. So is there a better way of cleaning the atty once a week other than taking it apart and doing the steps from the video, aside from blowing it every time we change tanks?
Do u guys think we got faulty kits even though it was from a forum supplier? Has this happened to anyone?

Oh by the way our friends ordered from goodprophets, and their systems are genuine and fantastic! Aside from that super cheap compared to other places and fast shipping! Even when I cleaned theirs, they didn't have any issues whatsoever like we did. So kits and accessories they are great! Liquids don't know since I order from gene from nitelitevapor and locally shark vapors. They have a great menthol that you can taste the tobacco and menthol like a real cigg. ;-)
