I carry tissues and always soak off any excessive liquid from the top of the cart. You are flooding the atty and 510s are notorious for this. When this happens, unscrew the atty and blow through the cart into a tissue. Then plug the end of the atty with a finger and blow again to clean out the little vent hole. Good as new.

Its probably an indication your putting too much liquid in the cart. I know that when I refill the cart, I can only put in about 3 drops before it starts to pool.

Thats my 2 cents

That's just sad. Depending on the drop size I can get between 15 and 25 drops into an empty 901 cartridge (which is what I use on my 510), and I know that I could get almost that much into my 510 carts.

I use the original poly filling... but I also use the "straw mod". That simply works the best for me.

Seriously, check out the "straw modification" for your carts. You won 't believe the difference it makes! I could never get more than 2-3 drops after the atty started to dry out. Once I did the straw mod, it takes longer between topping off and I put in 8-10 drops topping off now! (Basically, a refill - no more topping off needed!)

It's really easy to do - just cut a coffee stir/straw to just under the length of the inside of the cart. Cut one end on the diagonal, cut off a little off the filler (you won't need as much now) put the straw in angle side down, put the filler in next to it (it should sit lower than the straw) and fill it up with liquid! (There's a bunch of videos on how to do it, too.)

I don't need to top off or drip anymore!

You could also try the Lipton Pyramid Tea bag modification, too.

Also, if it's a fresh cart and filler, after you fill it, you should only see a moistness on the top of the filler - there shouldn't be a pool of liquid. The gurgle definitely means flooded atty. Do you use a manual or auto battery? With a manual, try pressing the button a second before taking your draw, to get the liquid vaporizing.

Haha it tastes pretty gross huh? Yeah just dont over fill it. I usually carry my bottle with me every where I go and add in more when it starts tasting dry. On the 510 I've managed to get amazing results (vape wise) by sucking on it slowly. Almost to where you can feel a beam of vap directly hitting your tongue from the cart hole.

Damn i miss my 510. Didnt stock up like everyone suggested, new package should be arriving in a week with more than enough. Analogs are killing me.. literally.
