through USB looks interesting. How we'll does it work and have you had any issues with it?

Works pretty good; same electronic like on the
batteries - auto shutoff, click 5 times to turn on or off; the ones I have are variable voltage 4 settings; I think most are like that; press 5 times to go from one voltage to another.
The issue with them would be if the button is finniky; like one of the two that I have does have a tendency to stick.
But perhaps the more important issue is where to plug in. Best to get a good AC-to-USB adapter that will output high current if you want. My computer monitor usb port works but not with the higher voltage setting - I have to plug in down on the ground near the power supply if I want that-- as a matter of fact, I'm actually using that now on a usb extension cord from radio shack.
