We talked to Ed on the phone and they are going to ship us replacement juice. The working theory at this time is that our order sat for an extended period at the shipping center there. My girlfriend is the one who talked to him and she came away with the feeling that their concern is genuine, almost more than just 'ok whatever, we'll send you a replacement batch".
My feeling is that whether you purchase on line or at B&M's your going to have something happen at some point in time. That's just the way it goes. What leaves a lasting impression with me is how the situation is handled when it does happen. In that regard, I have to say that EastMall is going above and beyond to get to the bottom of this. (He places 4 or 5 calls to my girlfriend before finally getting her.)
So we'll see what happens, but the bottom line is that even though the first order left a funny taste in my mouth, the taste that lasts is the excellent support provided by Ed.
