Just got my eGoC Twist and need help!

Hey guys, I just upgraded from my V2's to eGo C Twists. I got two of them in the mail and they work really well, everything I could have hope for. I do have a question (maybe an issue). Both of the buttons on them are kind of recessed on one end. They are sticking out on the end where the carto screws in and flush with the battery on the other side. I can push them down with some effort to start vaping, but one of them caught for a little bit and now I'm having a hard time making it work. Is this an issue I need to contact the vendor about? I really don't want to have to send them back and wait because I want to vape right now! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, vendor time. May have been a bad batch. If the top sections are not on properly the button will be tilted. Good luck!

Pisses me off that they came out of the package like this if I have to send them back, especially sense they put them in my case for me so they had to have seen them.

Yeah, that's been the only problem that Ive heard about with these. Send'm back. I imagine they really had to push to get all the Twists out with the huge demand.

I'd think about switching vendors also.

Screw, I'm not dealing with them anymore. I paid for overnight delivery to get them early and this happens. I'm sending them back for a refund and there's a shop in Dallas that I'm going to tomorrow to buy two more.

those are bad, immediately send them back. it stinks that you have to pay postage+insurance and go without in the mean time. we already know they suck for sending you broken merchandise, let's see how long before you get a refund or exchange.

No way! I just got an Ego-C "Upgrade" battery (not from there) and those words exactly are printed plain as day near the bottom. I just looked at altsmoke's website and the ego twist order page shows that the batteries are clearly marked "eGo Twist", and the description says "Joyetech" all over it. Are you SURE there aren't any markings or writing on them? Because if not, that's some serious shizzle.

There's no logo on the bottom and it doesn't say ego-C Twist on the round part? Then that's not even a real Twist....

Hi again - I just checked the Joyetech site & am not sure how up to date it is, but they don't have Altsmoke listed as a partner or distributor. Not sure if that means anything - it also states to look for the Joyetech symbol on the bottom & check the button which should be indented in the center.

Sorry to get everyone in a tizzy, I didnt look hard enough I guess. It does say eGo C Twist at the bottom, nothing about Joyetech, not sure if it needs to say that. I left them a message say I wanted to return them. I'm just going to stick them in the mail tomorrow to get them out as soon as possible so they can't say anything. Like I said, not doing business with them anymore. Going to DFW Vapor tomorrow. I do think this is a Joyetech because the logo is at the bottom.

Altsmoke's is a good vendor. I have read alot of people with this same problem with there twist. All different vendors. I would just send it back. Every once in awhile your going to get a bad pv.

I agree, my first e-power had a defective switch, it wouldn't fire my cartos and would just flash at me. I couldn't blame sweet-vapes for the defective switch, in fact, their customer service was so great that they got my switch replaced in a jiffy.
