But one question: should I use the ICR battery (something like 2800mAh) or the NCR battery (3400 mAh)?

mAh stands for Milliamp Hour, it is an estimate of how much capacity the battery has. expect the battery of the 3400 to last 21% longer than the 2800.

Choice is all yours - I generally use the Panasonic CGR18650CH since I have 4 to swap around.

I know the mAh means - I mean what the difference is between NCR and ICR.

I believe the prefix has to do with manufacturer designations, and battery compositions. Some have a higher current drain capability, but wouldnt make a diference on a eVic, since its limited to around 2.5 amps.
