Just got my Kanger Protank 2 today

And all I can say is wow, what an improvement. Been using an ego c twist and Kanger T3S for the past three weeks when I started all this.

I've been having issues getting a good drag, like the air holes in T3S were too small. This Protank 2 is perfect, no air flow issues at all. No leakage, works better than I imagined because it looks similar the the T3S.

And I can finally try my winterberry, twin mint gum from MBV (awesome store) and menthol flavors. I just put in the winterberry and wow, amazing stuff.

I have the Protank 2 on the ego c twist with the ring that comes with it. Matches up perfectly. Hope to have my Vamo V3 in the next week or too.

This vaping stuff just keeps getting better lol. And thanks to everyone on here for supporting each other and giving out so much information, especially to us newbies

Thanks. If all keeps goimg so well, I'm hoping to keep the Protank 2 and Vamo for a long time and just order juices and coils. That should keep my costs down so I can have extra $$$$ for my main hobby, archery and shooting sports

With a decent setup, the fun part will be trying all the different flavors out there. And the assortment of flavors is mimd boggling. I only have 16 different ones now

When you get your vamo you will still want to use your beauty ring, the PT sits inside the drip ring, by putting the beauty ring in there, it helps support the base more.

I had to struggle with mine at first but now that it's working properly I like it. It's so easy to refill and get a solid vape every time.

Personally i love my KPTII although at first i was not sure if i liked it better than my iClear30. Mine was retail box and DID NOT include a beauty ring". Im sure its a real Kanger also.

Even the pic on Kangers website does not show the ring.

I still think some juice taste better in my iClear30 and sometimes i like the tighter draw of the iClear30. Its easy though to tighten the draw of the KPT or KPTII. It is quickly becoming my favorite as i learn more.

Don't bite my head off, but it just didn't work for me, moved on to rba. When out and about with ego, evod for me. Waste of money, looks good, that's it. Used pro tank 2 side by side with boge cart, same juice, same device, boge cart kicked its rear. 20 th of the price!

i've only heard terrible things of the pt2 compared to the old version :/... for some reason when screwed on a vamo without the beauty ring on it it should block the air completely

I put the ring on. This combo of the Vamo and PT2 is working great. Love the battery life of the 18650's.

I HATE the protank! I bought it after reading all the rave reviews on here, and I used it for one tank, and its sat in the bottom of a drawer since. Its heavy, way to airy, and overrated in my book. I love my Mini vivi 10s and after everything I have tried, they never let me down.

I love my PT2. Wierd thing is I hated the PT1. Don't know what they changed but it made a world of difference to me. I use mine paired with an MVP and it works great. That said, picked up a couple mini PT2's and love them even more.

PT1 worked well on some mods, not on others.

PT2 is far more consistent for whatever reason.

Mini Protanks rock the house.

I do want to note that the protank heads/wicking tend to work best with juices that have a higher pg/vg ratio. 70/30 or 65/35 is ok. 50/50 juices are a little sketchy.

I love my Protank 2. You can switch out the tip. But I don't get having a 'beauty ring' on it. What for? It fits on the Vamo perfectly. I can't wait fot the Mini Protank 2 so I can use those (smaller diameter) on my eGo's.

I must say...I do like the Smok Tech Vivi Nova tanks a lot, just wish they were bottom feeders. I get tired of having to tip them.
