Thanks for all the responses. I've stopped using it and have gone back to my eGo-v, at least for now. I tend to get OCD about things and my frustration with this and having to make adjustments for it is frustrating me. It's not a collar issue with my PT2 as I haven't even used it with the collar on the MVP. My greater concern is with my collection of T3Ss. They may not be genuine Kanger devices but they are what I have and to start replacing other stuff to or making modifications will just make me start to give up on vaping. It should not be this frustrating. Shame on innokin for not following the standards is my feeling. Again I'm just feeling frustrated but at this point I am thinking of just taking a loss and try to sell it to someone at one of the local shops. I'm very disappointed. Thanks for listening to my rant I just hope it helps someone else in the same position as me.

Now that's it's been a couple of days I should provide an update. After putting it down for a half-day I went back and sorted through my TSs to weed out the ones where the holes were blocked by the eGo threading. Once done I vaped from the rest. I have to say the consistency and intensity of the flavor from my favorite e-juices is enhanced from the eGo, I'm not sure why, so I have been using the NVP exclusively and am liking it. I will just need to test any additional tanks I purchase beforehand to make sure they can draw well.

I'm glad to hear that you found a way to get it working. I suggest you look for the bases for the T3s for the ones that don't work. They're pretty cheap, and it'll save you some money. I think I remember seeing them at discount vapers or sunvaper.com. $2 something. Also, if you are enjoying the taste and vape quality, but really can't find a way to make other clearos you like to work, I heard that the new MVP Energy kit may have resolved the threading issue. It can be found on eBay for $40. You can use the original as back up, or sell it.

As for better taste, Pbusardo, a YouTube reviewer likes to test the output of the devices he reviews. The output on the MVP 2 and their VV v3 closely matches that of Provari and DNA 20 devices. I don't know how Innokin does it for the price they do it at, but it's a much more consistent vape then other VV devices it seems. Explained why I hated having to resort to my ego VV when the iTaste VVv3 had to charge. I bought the MVP 2 next, with the plan to use the VVv3 as backup, but hubby stole it and won't return it. So, my ego vv is still my back up. I'm currently in the market now for either another VV v3, MVP Energy, or if I have the money, a Provari.
