This is my second device. I had the kangertech kbox mini with the subtank plus as my first Vape setupis this your first Vape device or did you have something before 6mg even for the TFV4 is not a lot of Nic
I would still venture to say it's the nic level. The TFV4 will consume juice at twice the rate of the Subtank so you're getting twice the nic. I'd suggest cutting the nic to 3 mg at the very least.6mg and I'm not sure what cuttwood VG/pg ratio is
I was told 6mg is a decent amount to get away from smoking cigarettes. So far I've done good just afraid if I go to a lower mg I will go back to smokingI would still venture to say it's the nic level. What coil & what wattage are you running your TFV4?I was told 6mg is a decent amount to get away from smoking cigarettes. So far I've done good just afraid if I go to a lower mg I will go back to smoking
With the volumn of juice the TFV goes thru it should still be effective to keep you off the cigs. Look at it this way... 2 times juice consumption (2 X 6 = 12) doubles the nic in the juice (harshness). Cutting it to 3 mg will still keep you at the same 6mg consumption in the TFV4.I was told 6mg is a decent amount to get away from smoking cigarettes. I use the quad coils@ 90wWhat coil & what wattage are you running your TFV4?
So do a 50/50 mixture with the 0mg. And that would get me to 3mg. Makes sense.Sounds good I'll give it a shotWith the volumn of juice the TFV goes thru it should still be effective to keep you off the cigs. 6 mg in a cheap eGo vape would probably have you craving cigs. 6 in the Subtank keeps you off the cigs (balance). 6 in the TFV4 is harsh (too much). The gear is just as important in figuring out the nic level as any thing else.
It's either the nic or a bad coil, and since you primed it I will go with the nic level.
First off you're running more watts than your other device was even capable of which is the first part of what might be your problem! Second you're using a HUGE coil that the airflow is massive & I didn't really like! To start off with that tank you might want to try the triple coil or dual clapton coil at around 60 or 70w & move up from there! Slowly raise or lower your watts 'til you get the vape for you! when I started with the TFV4 that's what I did & now I'm vaping the octo-claptons @ 100+ watts with 6mg & loving it! Remember just because you have a 200w device doesn't mean you'll ever be able to vape there! I have an RX200 & have only used it once at 155w & never anything above, because it's just too hot for me.I use the quad coils@ 90w

That could be your problem right there; ("90Watts") The Coil might not be able to handle that amount of power without burnt hitsI use the quad coils@ 90w
+1 but it's also the config of the quadThat could be your problem right there; ("90Watts") The Coil might not be able to handle that amount of power without burnt hitsTry dialing it back to about 75 or 65
