Just got my RN4072 a glitch and question

I am very new but have been reading everything and watching videos a few weeks but haven't come accross this. Just received my RN4072 let the battery charge 8 hrs, hooked it to the atty, put in a new cart. Not much vapor. Tried the short puff then long hum... so I thought I'd try the other atty. When I removed the cart the stuffing pulled almost all the out.8-o I stuffed it back in and it seemed to work...for a few drags. Very little vapor.What should I be doing and is it normal for the stuffing to pull away from the cart? Also don't lick your lips after taking a drag YUK!
Next: Should I remove the battery from the atty for over night storage? OH and thanks to all for the great info and videos. This site rocks

Hi travelnutz,
make sure there is no strands of loose Polly material sticking out of the cart that can get snagged on the atomizer. Also top off the cart and get a paper clip or something and swish around the material in the liquid and make sure it soaks up as much liquid as it can and then top it off again. then drip a few drops of liquid if you have it on to the atomizer itself and give it a try. Always keep the cartridge wet never let it run low or dry.

Does the vapor taste kinda funky?
I think you have empty carts, that happened to me.
They have some primer fluid in them, so they WILL produce vapor, but it tastes kinda bad and theres barely any of it.

Does the poly-fiber look wet?
I dont mean damp, I mean really wet.
Like touching it leaves quite a bit of liquid on your fingers, and youll need a really good few swipes of cloth to get it off.
If not, you have blank carts.
Other signs would be.. is the fiber pure white? When liquid is added it turns a little darker color.
It would also be kinda stiff. But without anything else to compare it to, this is kinda hard to figure out.
If you have any liquid, top off the carts and give it a try

try cigar puffs for awhile it might need to prime the atty..........and burn or oily primer
and if you have any juice drop a drop or two on the atty

if it's on your lips you are sucking too hard..........it's not the same as a cig

Thanks for your help. The cart stuffing was wet and had some color so I know its not dry. When I took the attys out of the container they were wet, Primer? Maybe thats why it taste yukky. I drained the addys overnight and added a drop of liquid, it was fine but still only good vapor for a few drags. I will just keep trying with your help.

So you nailed it down to a problem with the carts as since you used liquid on that addy and had good vapor. Make sure the cats is weel wet. use a paper clip and slosh it arround in there and top off. Leave the filler close to the top. Retry.
