How do I fill these things? The instructions say to find the side holes, but there is none. When I pull the cap off all I see is a big hole in the center surrounded by what appears to be ceramic.

I just dripped directly into the center hole and it seems fine. Not sure if that is the correct method though.

yes they are arriving with primer, you can dry burn it off, wash it out, or vape through it.

I received mine today. How do I 'dry burn it off'? How does this compare to vaping through it? Another dumb question - Should I use one of the previous mentioned options before filling with a liquid?

Thanks in advance!

Here's 'bad's video on doing a dry burn:

YouTube - E2 cartomizer dry burn

Here is a vid from this thread,

That shows how to do a dry burn.

Not to certain as to why they added primer, i know one of the testers asked for it, I think it had to do with the dry taste, they firgured if they add a pg primer the wick would be wet and we might avoid any initial burn off of the wick, or something to that effect.

its just pg eliquid, you can dry burn it off or vape through it.

Why did they add those extra caps too? I noticed the extra cap in between the mouth piece and filller cap. I think that will cause a lot of confusion because it confused me at first. I thought where the heck did the holes go at first. I never used the holes before anyway so I took the plug out and there was another plug with the holes.

So far I have been vaping the first one of the newest version with ceramic all day at 3.7v. it is getting a little burnt tasting now, I am having to drip it to keep it tasting good.

the ones you have are 2.5 ohms, on their site they say those are best below 3.7 like on a riva or ego or a multi volt device like the tekkeon or litttle sister that goes below 3.7 since that e2 can get warm to hot at 3.7 and depending on your juice it can add to your issue.

then there is the 3.0 ohm e2. those are perfect for 3.7 volts and at 5 volts. much cooler and doesnt get that issue you mentioned.

What's good about the E2 is that they don't have batting that will burn. They have the loop of string that doesn't burn. Thanks to badkolo's sig link I found the videos that shows that. I'm thinking they put PG on the coil so the wire doesn't rust. Sound right? After seeing pics of a cut-away I'm thinking that the coil should be a little wider and not in such a tight knot in one spot around the string. Maybe that would help the liquid evaporate better.

I've missed getting in on the few Bruce has had available so I'm stoked to try them out. I like my vape to have a little heat to it so I'm looking forward to trying them. Maybe I can get in on Monday's order.

I'll be using them on my new Wetbox I got yesterday. I'm liking it so far. I read the post here about them leaking and I'm being careful not to let the bottles lay on their sides to prevent it. The bottle caps appear to be just drilled out for the needle assemly but not sealed so I'll have to see if I can seal it and still be able to change liquids. I got two extra needle assemblies and like the ease of changing out flavors so it's all good so far.

:)
