For what its worth Danny, what I usually do is 1 ml of pure TA mixed with 9 mls of PGA. Its pretty strong this way but when I was into this I was only using 1-2 drops (of the mixed solution) per 10 ml kind of thing...

Yes I did notice that 1 drop per 10 ml was to weak for me so I adjusted it to a concentration that works for me. I'm very happy with what I came up with.
WL says their tobacco Absolute is at 10% solution. I usually mix at 2.5% and rarely go to 5%, too strong without steeping for a month or so.
I'm using the clear Absolute flavoring from TFA by way of Wizard Labs. I made a beautiful vape that mimics my favorite version of "cowboy". Basically 2ml of Absolute and 1ml of toasted Almond in a 30ml mix. Man am I happy, I finally made a vape that I used to have to buy and it's better then the original! Try it, it's awesome!

I tried mixing 3 drops of TA into 10mls of VG but it never married fully, even after two weeks steep. I'd say its about 95% married, with some darker areas near the top of the bottle that never melded with the rest of the juice. What I'm going to try next is 2 drops per 10ml of VG and put the 2 drops after 5mls of VG. So 5mls VG, then 2 drops, then 5 more mls VG and heat the batch slightly with a good thorough shake.

I think heating will help. VG is much thicker then PG and doesn't blend well. Heating will thin the VG and make it blend better. So try heating both the TA and the VG seperatly first then mix them together. Shake like hell and heat and shake some more.
Yeah last time I heated the TA, mixed them, then heated the final product. I think you're right Danny in that heating the VG beforehand as well as afterwards would work much better.
