I purchased the 650mah Ego C Twist Battery the day they came out and was a little surprised how quickly it needed to be charged (running at 4v.) I was getting about 4hrs per charge But now I have the 1000mah big difference, It's a little long[4.5 inches] but still perfect "on the go" VV set up. I ordered it from Health Cabin slow mail or cheapest way and received in almost 2wks later but I think thats pretty good considering..... Two thumbs up for the 1000mah

I agree that the Twist is a great device, and am really enjoying my 650 mah Twist.
The 1000 mah is too long for me to pocket, so I passed on that one, but if you feel comfortable carrying it around it is a great choice.

I like a vape on the cool side, so my 650 lasts me just fine. I use SR cartos and usually vape at under 4v depending on the juice so I'm not pushing it hard.

I just picked one up Monday. Paid a little more than what you can find it online, but wanted to support our new brick and mortar store in town. So far I'm loving it. Been using it between 3.7 and 4.2. Anything higher than that, and I get burnt flavors.

If I had a B&M store near me (aside from the ripoff at the mall selling second rate overpriced 808's) I'd hapily pay a little more to support them.

Try boge 3.0 cartos when you want to get over 4.2

I started vaping (other than 'little batts') with a 1100mah pass-through that is 4 1/2 inches long and weighs an ounce and a half (1.45).

My 1000mah Twist is 4 3/4 inches long and weighs an ounce and a half (1.48).

I didn't find the transition difficult at all! Lol

When I vape Strawberry or Watermelon at 3.5 volts I get over 24 hours on a charge (8 of this is sleeping, of course).

RY4 or Butterscotch at 4.2 volts will give me 10 - 12 hours on a charge. I'm happy with that and overjoyed with the Twist, in general!

Only when I sleep!

Sleep? What's that?

But now that I've pretty much broken even on my hardware investment since I switched to vaping, I think when I am off on Friday I may visit my BM store and pick up a 650mah Twist. I like the idea of the battery life on the 1000, but I just don't want something that long sticking out of my mouth.

The timing for our B&M opening was perfect. Opened Monday, the same day the cities indoor smoking ban went into effect. If they have what I need, I will happily support them.

I'll have to pick up some of those and give them a try.

Switched from cheap cigars to an ego-t. Had to get used to holding something smaller.

There's one near me that I went to visit yesterday. It's great to be able to try out countless products and juices before I buy. I wish I would have visited them before I ever made a purchase. I've wasted money on products I never would have bought if I could have test-driven them first.

I know that try before you buy thought. I got lucky and only spent around 40 bux on an 808 kit .. right as I was starting to read on here. I guess I didn't read enough, but then I found the brick and mortar in Orlando, and life got easy. I know I'm still going to get a GLV-2 ... but now at least I know I won't run out of juice ... and since the store only sells legit Joyetech stuff, if I have issues I get them resolved in person same day. Had an issue with one battery from my starter kit. After the guy did a few things to try and figure out what was wrong, he put a new battery in front of me and that was it.

Going there tomorrow to buy a Twist. I really do need to remember to ask the owner his name. So unlike me really. I live in a first name industry and don't know the name of the guy that is responsible for me not giving up on vaping. (The 808 was torture of hoping I would get a battery charged in time before the other one ran out etc etc)

Wow...I must be part time vaping....the 650 lasts me a day and a half (2ml) and my 1100 lasts me almost 3 days....do y'all even breathe unvaporized air? lol
Breathing unvaporized air is like drinking unflavored water. So blah.

For the record... I go through an average of 4ml a day. I think I knocked back 5ml yesterday though. There's something correlative about being on this forum and vaping more at the same time...

If I had a B&M store near me (aside from the ripoff at the mall selling second rate overpriced 808's) I'd hapily pay a little more to support them.
As long as they don't think their stuff is gold, and price it as such... Then absolutely support them. I know I would too, even though I don't need for anything for a while.

Of course expect to pay a bit more for the convenience. They do have to pay the rent/mortgage on that B&M shop.

I don't know if the stuff they sell in the mall kiosks is even 2nd rate. I put them behind the e-cigs you find at gas stations....and those are way behind the good equipment.

The timing for our B&M opening was perfect. Opened Monday, the same day the cities indoor smoking ban went into effect. If they have what I need, I will happily support them.
I'm sure that grand opening time wasn't coincidental.;) I hope they do well, and more of them pop up over time....with lounges in them.

I started with an Ego C 650mAh kit - it got me off the ciggies so it was good.

BUT

it just didn't have enough 'ooomph' for me.

Got my Twist 1000mAh and it was a game-changer for me - better taste, better vapor, better all around.

I love the Twist and recommend it to all newbies!

I think that for a few dollars (Euros) difference the Twist should be the new minimum for any kit. Joye is to be Congratulated for not only producing a great product, but for bringing it to us at a reasonable price!!

The only one around here (within a 3 hour drive) is the rip-off at the local mall. They sell rebranded 808’s (unregulated, unsealed first gen) for triple the price of what you can get a Volt kit for. Their juice selection is very basic re-branded Chinese stuff of unknown origin.

They went to the expense and trouble to have a kiosk and a “vapor lounge” in the mall. The vapor lounge is really nice with a flat screene TV, some comfy chairs and couches. I like to visit it when my wife's shopping.

I would think that they could be much more profitable by expanding their line of products and sell quality merchandise, but I guess they’re enamored at selling fewer systems at a huge markup.

I hope that someday they’ll see that once they convert some people to vaping that those people will want better quality products, and will be consistent repeat customers. They could make a lot more by expanding their product line and reducing margins to keep those customers they’ve created coming back than ripping them off on a one shot sale.

Ours doesn't price it like gold. They are very reasonable. Sometimes a few dollars more than the best online deals. Well worth it since I don't pay for shipping, get it right then and there and most importantly, I've tested the product first. YouTube reviews are great but testing myself first is way better. Especially when vaping opinions are so subjective.
