Just to be on the safe side, you really should test one (maybe more) of everything before you sell it to the public

In most cases a follow up call is appropriate. It shows that you are serious. Better than calling would be a face to face follow up. Just ask how they are doing in there search for new help. Try not to make it all about you. Of course a little jab at the end of the conversation would'nt hert, letting him know that he wouldnt be dissapointed if he decided to hire you. Just my 2 cents.
After my husband's interview, I had him e-mail the owner (he interviewed him) and thank him. Adding a few lines about how he felt he would be an asset to the company blah blah blah. . . He got the job, and I was told later by his boss that it was because of the e-mail. He was the only one out of all the applicant's that did. Good luck!
So I called them and he said they were prolonging the opening of the company a week, and already made some decisions. So....don't think I got it. Oh well I can still open my own little store lol. If only I had the money.
Prolonging means the door is still open. Give him till the end of the week and blast him again. It's hard to find good help, but when he gets tired of looking I would want to be standing in front of him with a smile.
