WOW!!! I ordered my starter kit late on Friday and it arrived Monday afternoon!! I was quite impressed w/the delivery and my NEW volt!!. I have not had a cigarette since yesterday morning, nor have i had the urge to buy more. Thank you Smokeless Image!!! The volt is a blessing!! The first day the hits were kinda rough to my throat. This morning i changed the cartridge (not sure if it is close to being empty - didn't want to chance it) and WOW... what a difference ~ i love it!! Soo sooo smooth... Just want to say Thank you and to everyone that posted about the Volt, really helped in deciding what to purchase. I still go out with my friends that smoke at work and they are all thinking of switching. I have recommended the Volt to those that have not purchased an e-cig yet. Thanks again!!

Be sure to drink plenty of water, vaping can dehydrate you and make your throat a little sore if your not getting enough to drink.

Welcome, Frendamine!

The Volt has been a true and useful tool for me. I am really happy it was recommended to me by someone when I said I wished I could get a red battery. Now, I ditched the prior brand long ago. It wasn't a bad brand, really, but it just really could not compare to the the overall quality of the Volt and Smokeless Image for great product and fantastic customer service. The Volt will always be the one I recommend.

Smokeless image is by far the best company out there. I had two batteries all of a sudden were lighting up, but not firing the atty or charging on the charger. Heather sent me two new ones

All those other people can tout their 510 connection ego's and kgo's, but none of the companies that sell them have anything like the customer service of SI.

I'll stick with my x2 and smokeless image

It's not just a superior product, it's definitely the service. A co-worker ordered over memorial day, and said that the discount code hadn't given him a discount. I don't know if he clicked apply code correctly. I asked if he'd called CS. He said he just figured it didn't work. I told him I'd ordered and got the discount, call them and I'm sure they'll at least give you points or something. He called and Tom said he'd have the 20% or whatever credit applied to his card... no problem, no questions asked.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! Its wonderful to know the support is here ~~ just saw the email for the discount code for fathers day!! hehehe... 2nd day free and still loving it. I get comments all the time at work about the Volt and I am letting them all know this is the place to go!! :) Having to drink more water is a blessing too!! :) Thanks again!! You all ROCK!!!
