Its fine.

Imr batteries shouldn't be discharged beyond 3.2v.
Many hybrid chemistry batteries can go as low as 2.5v with no damage.

All is good. Your Sony is fine.

Once drained to 3.5 or so, on top of the weak Vape on a mech/Atty built to work good with a fresh battery and especially if sub ohming, it will discharge very quickly at that point.

My batteries seem weak @ 3.7 or so.

Ya my setup is at .2ohms soo ya
I normaly change them when they are at 3.8 somtimes even as high at 4.0.
Now another question I had is it better to charge my batterys from 4.0 if I have the chance or let it drain to 3.6 and charge.
I have heard two things one bei g a full drain and recharge is harder on the battery and 2 is that a battery only has so many charges in it regardless of what voltage you charge it from

A little clarity on this situation would be awsome

Chipotle.
You're totally fine, I have a pair of VTC4's that I really seem to abuse a lot and I've had both of those batteries down to 2.6-2.7v before(I used them until they stopped firing). They took a long time to charge, but they still charged right up to 4.2v in my XTAR charger and I'm still using them to this day. I normally pull mine out for a recharge between 3.4v and 3.6v.
