I've decided to go ahead and order. Having trouble deciding on graphics etc. Hubs and I watch old westerns all the time so I kinda wanted to go with that theme.
Perhaps 'Gunsmoke' with a silhouette image of boot hill?
I also wanted to do a cool one with maybe some old guns and a floral design.

My artistic abilities, well I have none. If anyone stumbles across anything like the second suggestion, could you post it?

My first idea, well I can find Gunsmoke logos everywhere but having trouble finding the silhouette image. I'll keep looking.

And I have one other question. I already use 510s so I order them to fit 510's correct?
I can also use the new 510HV attys, they fit the same?
And last, I can get an adapter so I have the option of using my 801 attys?
If I have that all correct, then once I finalize the graphics I am good to go.

I think I'm going to order both models since I convinced myself that I can say one of them is for the hubby and one for me. ;)

I have a hammer, now to figure out where the damn piggy bank is hiding!
"Here piggy piggy piggy...." He's around here somewhere, I just know it.

I just realized that Hulu, etc. puts a big button in the middle of the screen whenever you pause. That makes a screencap hard to get. But YouTube might have the scene you're looking for. That's an easy grab (and you can even do high def for some videos.)

ETA: I think I found it. Gunsmoke 1964 closing credits. But you need it without all the names on top of the picture.

A screengrab will work at TVLand. I'm checking those episodes now.
The earliest episode available is November 1966. They'd changed closing credits by then.

I don't think it's available right now. The key is going to be checking the Gunsmoke episodes at IMDB. "The Well" which was Season 12 has the close-up of Dillon's hat and gun hanging on a hook in the ending credits and that was 1966.

Based on that YouTube clip, they used it in 1964 (Season 9 or 10). At some point they should put up some episodes from one of those years. The IMDB links take you to TVLand.

ETA: Found an episode from Season 11. The gun was in the closing credits.

As you may have guessed, I'm avoiding some work I should be doing.

The Hunger, Season 8 has it in B&W. If you want the purple one, it will be Season 9 or 10.

Here's the B&W one
YouTube - Gunsmoke The Hunger Part 8 of 8 full Movie

I'll make one last try for a purple one.

ETA: Found a season 9. B&W. So the purple ones must be Season 10 only.

Poeia, you are awesome, yes, the one image is the one I wanted without all the screen credits. I was hoping to just find the image online but nope. Worse case I figure I'll go with the Gunsmoke logo, a marshal badge and maybe some barbed wire around each end.
There is a much earlier version that includes a silhouette of the marshal in it.
I guess I need to u-tube some more. I think it was in the early seasons.

I found the piggy bank, he loved the gunsmoke idea, especially after I explained to him that a chuck is a vaping machine. Whew, I didn't even need to use the hammer, just a few MLLN's! Of course, it helps that he is a western movie junkie.

Well, seeing as I've never watched Gunsmoke I dunno what you're looking for. The "boot hill" shot, is that the scene where the town's in the distance and a tree/bush with headstones is in the lower right?

Anyway, playing with a Gunsmoke image I ran across and some stock "bulletholes" and guns I through together the following. Personally I'm not real fond of the color scheme but hey, I wasn't sure what you're after and I didn't want to spend much time on this as it's probably the wrong direction.

The unwrapped image looks like this:

Mike, another episode on YouTube, Kate Heller, had better clarity I think. (I could actually see where the edges of the picture were.) I did a few grabs from each and stuck them in my photoshop. Maybe you can do something with them.

I've watched the episode with Bette Davis and a couple of others. Not a big James Arness fan.

Thanks MastiffMike! You are genius! I like it. If you could take out the bullet holes it would be spot on and better than I imagined, I didn't think for a second it would turn out as cool as you made it. :)
I don't want to give up on the boot hill image but the photos are pretty neat too. I am with you on the color, maybe just click to sepia?
I am amazed and definately behind the times with photoshop etc. This is way beyond what I was hoping for.
Thanks to you guys I guess I'll be putting in my order this week!

Poeia, not a big James Arness fan myself, Ken Curtis is great though. I have so many fav. western shows but I figured a Gunsmoke chuck might be pretty darn appropriate.

You guys just might have me collecting these things. Thank you so much!
