what's submitting a ticket? and why would I? lol my 78mm manual doesn't work in any of the chargers. my 78mm auto does

Go on the si website and log in. Under my account, select help desk. Tell them what's wrong and they will replace the battery.

You should get about 300 charges out of a battery. Mine are all a year old and still work

hey mr outlaw I love your youtube videos by the way. I find them very informative but yea I cleaned my battery with a q tip and iso alcohol . Steve from si already sent me a new battery. which I didn't expect. I thought maybe I had to return my old one so they can fix it and send it back. how long does one ce3 tend to last you?im a chain vaper btw

Have you cleaned the battery head? Sometimes they get full of gunk and make it so they can't charge or make contact on the carto

Sitting down, facing forward.
CE3s can last a long time, even if used heavily. There are a lot of factors involved though. Liquids with a lot of sugars tend to gunk up the coil of any device rather quickly compared to tobacco flavors with little or no sugars. They also need to be cleaned and an occasional dry burn doesn't hurt either. If you've found Outlaw's videos, you've already found the best source for CE3 maintenance.

If your 78mm manual is already charged it won't try to charge it more. So, sometimes the center battery post on your device(carto/x2 clero) might have been pushed up by over tightening. Or, the battery post on your batt. might have been pushed down. You can use something small like a jeweler's screwdriver to pry up the center post on the device a little OR with the manual ( does it blink with 5 clicks?) OFF, pry up the batt. center post a bit. Either one only takes a little bit of a pry. Got nothin to lose, you've got another on the way!
