NO, BUT:

I have been Using The VG from NOW Foods (Ebay (3) 4 oz Bottles $11.99 + 4.99 S&H) for a few months. It Works Well and is 100% USP with No Other Ingredients.

You will have to do some experiments to do your cutting, it is very think & produces tons of vapor!

One other thing.. Say I have a 10ml dropper bottle.. how many drops of VG am I looking at if I want to do a slight cut, but maintain a strong throat hit?

Effex,

Just add a drop or two to start (uncut), it easy easy to add too much and make a mess.

I suggest you get some small empty bottles and start very slow and write down whats in each bottle, u only need a few bottles.

Go Slow, It Works!

There is a post that has a spreedsheet from Jaaxx that does all the calculations for you. Just enter the info in the cells you want to change and he gives all the info ( ml, drops etc...)
