Just place my 3rd order in about a month!

When I placed my order, I completely forgot to specify whistle tips. Several hours later and after I'd received my its been shipped e-mail, it hit me and I panicked. I absolutely hate the round tips. They just don't work well for me so. So, I e-mail Vicky thinking it was too late and more as a vent for my stupidity, and she e-mails me back that she tore up the package and replaced the tips.

Now that is customer service!

In the process, I found out that I've actually ordered 4 times since April 13th..ack..but this is so awesome that its worth it!!
