xtar or Nitecore both make very good chargers.I have a single bay Xtar and a 4 bay Nitecore and they both work great.
The button seams to clicky and the display screen seems weird, almost like it's cut in half. I just read that there are clones of these, how can I tell if mine's the real deal? 
Very nice score indeed. I've been scouring craigslist for a used Provari. I regretted selling mine. These people are trying to sell there mini's for $150 over here. It's just ridiculous lol.

This is the first that I've heard of a cloned provari, not that I'm surprised. I just didn't realized they looked this good.

I'd say you scored a real Provari. Based on what I read in another thread, the clones aren't available in the US and cost more than a real one! You got a great deal.
I'd describe the button as being very tactile. You know when you push it. I'm not sure if that's what seems clicky to you. The bit I can see of the screen in your picture looks ok. Do you have another one showing how it's cut in half?

I'm going to tell you what Ocey told me, not all ProVaris are the same. Cloning ProVaris isn't that big of an issue, yet anyway. The only clonre I've seen is from Rainbow heaven, it looks like a full sized polished or satin silver, but I don't think the ProVari brand is on it, and as far as I know, they don't call it a ProVari either.
The "split" you're talking about is the two numbered led screens. It's not an OLED or LCD, but rather more of an Analog LED. From what I can see, they are two separate LEDs side by side.

I don't believe there is a clone of the mini....hitting up the googles now to confirm.

There's a review in French of the Rainbow Heaven clone here. You'll see quickly it is not the same as what you have. I wouldn't worry about it
Craigslist, or any other classifieds board. Just be careful as you don't know anything about the people involved.
The ECF Classifieds also have some great deals from time to time. If you get verified you can buy and sell. This is another good way.
